It probably fits if you have the same brand of faucet. When you look at the picture, you see the cartridge and a few other pieces, but you may only need the cartridge.

pfisteroutlet.com return Policy GREAT, Price-Pfister yuck. Leaky faucet, bought replacement from original company, more expensive, but want the best.. After 2.5 frustrating hours, new cartridge not working. Put old one back on, will have to buy a new faucet. I’m not a amature, I have done many plumbing projects (including completely remodeling a bathroom and kitchen).

Seriously though, it was a perfect fit and the same quality as the original I removed. The only issues I had installing were actually removing the nut holding the old one in place (due to corrosion).
Once that was off, it was yank, plop, re-assemble, and done.
