   The faucet itself is very attractive and functions well, but I dinged it two stars just because the water connections are really old technology. I install a lot of faucets during remodels, and these days most come with quick-connect fittings for the supply hose to the faucet. With these you simple push the two ends together and press in the locking clip and you’re done. On this unit there is a threaded fitting on each end and you have to get a wrench up there to tighten it. This is made worse by the fact that it’s only a few inches below the faucet, so you’re really working in a crowded space. In addition to this, the hose end of the connection only has two flat spots for the wrench (as opposed to the 8 sides on a normal nut), so it’s a pain to tighten. The other thing is that many faucets (at least over the $100 price point) come with built in water supply lines. They’re just simple plastic, but they’re handy and make for a quick job. This unit needs two separate supply lines. So all-in-all a fine faucet, but more like 1980s tech than others.

   The Pfister G13310WW is an excellent faucet. Easy, quick installation, great instructions, easy operation, feels well made, looks beautiful, clean, elegant. Excellent price compared to similar models. We are very happy with this purchase. Only problem was the flow rate. Too low. We were also a little concerned that the garbage disposal was not getting enough water. Thanks to reviews, especially Pauljk… flow is easily fixed. There is a white restrictor just inside the spray handle, where it connects to the water hose. Simply (gently) pop that restrictor out using an awl or an ice pick in the tiny center hole. Part was not damaged and is easily replaced. See pictures. The flow is now excellent! We would buy this again and recommend it to friends.

   Thought we were taking a chance on quality because of the low price. Great product at any price! Solid and heavy (as opposed to cheap and light). The handle fits well in its base unlike our previous more expensive Moen. The shower flow is very strong. Lateral movement is very fluid (no pun intended). I have confidence it will not turn yellow like our previous Moen.

   Works great. Looks great and is relatively easy to install. Four stars because, as other reviews have stated, you need to buy hoses to complete the installation. Otherwise, nice quality faucet. I would attribute other reviews stating leaking to be careless installation.

   Like most plumbing, it would seem that faucet I buy never exactly matches the plumbing so I had to by about $25 extra in hoses with the proper fitting to make this work. I am not going to mark down my review of this model because of that. Its simply what happens when we buy plumbing items! Here is my review …. 1) Valve. A very good valve with no leaks. Its easy to open and close the valve. 5 of 5 stars 2) Professional feel. Everything is very smooth operating. 5 of 5 stars 3) The Finish and looks. The stainless is very very attractive. The finish is awesome. With other appliances that I have purchased, the brushed stainless steel isnt as fine as I would like. This faucet has a very fine brushed look to it. There is nothing cheap or plastic about this unit. I suppose the sprayer hose could be nicer, but the black mesh is lighter than a steel connecting hose to the sprayer. I have no problem with the connecting hose. 5 of 5 stars 4) Sprayer and faucet aerator. Both work exactly as they should. Further the sprayer has flexible nipples for easy cleaning. The aerator puts air into the solid stream of water which makes it taste better and it works as it should. 5 of 5 stars 5) Installation. This is the only negative about this item. The connection tubes are very close to the main unit. So, its quite a reach to use tools to connect the hoses. Sorry, but I had to give the awesome faucet a lower score on that. 3 of 5 stars. 6) Sprayer hose length. The hose works very well for my deep and very wide double sink. 5 of 5 stars All in all it was a good purchase and I expect to get years of service from this faucet. ***** Follow up 3/27/2014 ******* Its been a few weeks using this new faucet and I have had no additional problems or issues other that what has been mentioned in the original review above.

   Bought this to replace a Moen product that the sprayer spout snapped off of. I was dreading crawling under the small confines of my sink to replace the whole unit. I was delightfully surprised to find that the spray handle of this Pfister easily and correctly screws right on to the hose coming out of the Moen base!
   No leaks! No crawling around! No cussing!
   I suppose I did pay for a whole new unit while just needing the one part, but hey, in my book it is well worth it. And I have the remaining parts should they be needed.
   Who knew Pfister and Moen parts were interchangeable!

    I was concerned about the plate that would cover two holes as my former faucet had an extra hole for the pull out rinser. The plate covered both holes and seated perfectly centered. I didn’t need the use of a special tool to secure the main bolt. They have a plate with screws to prevent loosening of the faucet shaft. I bought two new hoses that fit perfectly (from any hardware store) and voila my new faucet ready to use. Its been several weeks its been installed and so far, no complaints at all. Its a A+ for us.

    I am very happy with this purchase. The brushed stainless finish is beautiful and matches my stainless sink perfectly. Water pressure is great, and most important to me, unlike newer faucets, this faucet still comes with a bubble aerator. The hose is long enough to reach where I need it, and appears to be made out of sturdy woven material, although perhaps could be just a bit more flexible. If there are any plastic parts on the outside, I can’t tell. Appears to be all metal to me. At a bit over $80, I would say that this faucet is absolutely reasonably priced. My kitchen came with a Pfister faucet. After perhaps 3-4 years of use, the little slot that holds the handle unit onto the base wore out, and Pfister happily replaced the handle unit for me free of charge. All I had to do was unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. I replaced my Pfister with a Waterridge because I wanted a taller unit. I was not entirely pleased with that unit, so when the handle wore out after approximately two years, I decided to splurge and purchase a very pricey ($279.00) high end Grohe gooseneck faucet. Huge mistake! Water flow was so restricted that I could barely get food through my disposer, and due to the lack of a bubble aerator in the spray head, every time I used it, my kitchen was flooded and my clothes were drenched. After 8 months, I couldn’t stand it any longer and decided to bite the bullet and go faucet shopping again. Having learned my lesson, I set out to find a new faucet and this time make sure it had a bubble aerator. I soon discovered that this was no easy task as several of the manufacturers/sellers I contacted either didn’t know if their product had a bubble aerator, or more surprisingly, didn’t even know what a bubble aerator was! After many frustrating e-mails, I finally decided to take a look at Pfister. Their customer service rep knew exactly what I was talking about, asked me to send a photo of my old faucet (which I happened to have), and immediately gave me the new model that had replaced my old one. Upon opening my pfisteroutlet.com box, I was thrilled to see the pretty satin finish faucet; and even more thrilled when I turned on my pretty new faucet and found that I had my water pressure back. I could once again easily wash food debris from my dishes, rinse my sink into my disposal and run it without fear of damage, and not have to mop up my entire countertop or change into dry clothes! My plumber said it was easy to install, taking him about 20 minutes (after going to the store to purchase the correct supply lines). I would not hesitate to recommend this faucet. It looks good, it’s priced right, it works great — and Pfister stands behind their products.

    Finally got to installing this after renovations. Immediately, the Faucet leaks badly at the main center block under the sink. Swingarm is very loose and leaks at the stem also.

    Substandard quality even for this price. Will now have to uninstall and purchase another (past the return window). Since this is the first pfister faucet and such a bad product will most likely not buy pfister brand again.

    Operationally, the spray function needs to be reselected each time you turn on the faucet..such a pita.

    Update: 2 years later, now input lines leak at bottom of unit. Recap, stem leaks, input lines leak…is currently being replaced.
