   The only good thing about this faucet is the style. Although, it is MASSIve, they do make a smaller version if you dare. First, the pause button does not lock. What good is that when you need to shut the water to scour a pan…one handed? Second, you can’t adjust the pressure of the spray function. It sprays so hard that it splashes all over, (and I have a huge sink)if you want to lower the pressure of the spray it reverts back to a stream. Third, very difficult to get the temp you may want, it turns off! Fourth, unless you use two hands its very hard to pull the sprayer head down. There’sa very small “lip” that is difficult to get a grip on….worst faucet ever!!!!

   Looks amazing, that’s where the “good” STOPS!! As other reviewers have stated: The hot water does not stay on unless it’s physically held in the open position. The Spray/Stream selector ONLY stays on “Spray” function IF the faucet is at high pressure, which causes water to splash EVERYWHERE!! And to add insult to injury, after 8 months I have a simultaneous drip out of the faucet and a leak at the handle (attached pics). LAST Price Pfister I purchase!!!!

   I absolutely love the look and most of it’s functions, except for the fact that when you turn it to hot it turns off. It has done this from the very beginning. I liked the faucet so much I hoped it would change in time, but it’s the same still. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and is there a way to possibly fix it?

   This faucet is like no other. I looked for weeks looking for the perfect faucet for my kitchen remodel and the second I saw this faucet it was love at first sight. It’s definitely an eye catcher and the center piece of my kitchen.

   Beautiful faucet but leaves much to be desired from a functional perspective. Hot water flow volume is minimal so it takes forever to hot water to flow and the spray goes everywhere as the nozzle sits too high above the sink. I’m on a well and despite having a 1 micron whole house filter the aerator has to be removed and backwashed every couple of weeks or I get pulsing flow.

   This is replacing KOHLER K-15160-CP Coralais Single-Control Pullout Spray Kitchen Sink Faucet, Polished Chrome for me, which has served me well but a bit on the small side. This Pfister is comparably massive. So be sure to check whether it’s proportionate to the rest of the kitchen. This item was very poorly packaged, and by the time it got to my place half of the box was ripped, but luckily not part was lost nor damaged due to this… but the weight itself was broken, where the narrow thin plastic binding the two halves snapped. Since the weight is by itself in a separate box, this likely was broken at time of packaging. I ended up wrapping the two halves together extensively using 3M electrical tapes. Install instructions were very clear, laid out on generously sized pamphlets. There was no hiccup at all at any of the steps. We debated whether to install it with the handle facing us but in the end went with the design which is to the right. The parts were quality stuff. The water lines were a bit shorter than my prior faucet but not by much. The retractable hose line, on the other hand, is much shorter, and actually too short in my opinion. I could have done with another six inches. Once installed, the weight works well and retracts well. The controls are very interesting on this faucet: they are very clearly labeled… but they face the back so you cannot see. I suppose that’s fine for people living with it. The retractable part is black plastic, not the head. It does look well finished and I’m ok with it. The feature this has I really like (I suppose it’s personal preference) is when you turn to spray, turning off the faucet and back on goes back to stream. This is a handy feature to avoid spraying the next user. Initial impressions are generally positive. I think this is definite upgrade, but if they beef up the packaging, didn’t send me broken parts, and made the retractable hose longer, I’d be much happier.
