   Bought this open box/like new and saved about 20% because the box had previously been opened. The faucet had clearly never been used, installed, or even opened up.
   Install was easy, worth having a 2nd person on hand for a couple spots because the faucet itself is beefy. The sprayer works really well, with stronger force than my previous (Kohler) sink did. It quickly and easily goes back to it’s “default” position when done, and turning the faucet off and back on automatically sets the sprinkler back to flow (rather than spray) mode–no more turning on the sink at full spray!
   This faucet should last decades before needing replaced. It’s not the cheapest one you can get, but for the cost you are getting a professional looking unit.

   I ended up going with this unit after a cheaper brand unit failed in just a few years of use. Right from the start you could feel the heft in this compared to my other unit (which was identical design). Just seemed more solid right from the start. Installation was a breeze and the instructions were good. Has been in use for a few months now and I am very satisfied with this unit. Even though more than 2X the cost of what it replaced, I have no qualms saying this is worth the cost. My only slight ism with this is I wish the spray setting would stay on by default -but that’s really just nitpicking. Highly recommend.

   I looked at a lot of faucets, and I’m so happy with this one! Compared to others, it feels so much more solid and better built. The ringed coils along the top go from the base all the way to the spout/handle. A lot of other faucets have an odd looking gap between the coils and the spout. The cord inside the ringed coils also extends another 8” when pulled out. It is somewhat difficult to get the spout handle out of the holder and takes some getting used to, but if you tilt the handle away from you as you pull down just a little bit, it works very smoothly. The only other faucet I’ve seen in any design centers comparable to this one was twice the price.

   Had this for a year now and like the look and functionality of this faucet. The only drawback is that the sprayer button can become stuck on spray at times and takes a wiggle or two after turning off the water to coax it free. Outside of that it is an attractive well-made unit.

   This was replacing an older sprayer. This was a replacement for a Kraus KPF 1602 and I can say this is definitely an upgrade. The pressure is very good and the sprayer works very well (for the limited flow rates required here). My only complaint was with the installation design. When they designed this they clearly know it would go behind a sink but did not take that into account. They put in a lock nut (in the picture) that requires a wrench to tighten (the Kraus had wings you could tap on to drive it in). That means that you have to get in there with a wrench to turn it, if you have limited space like I do its a pain. While challenging positionally, it only took about 20 mintues to install and get it operational. Overall, I would buy this again. Its very pretty and very functional. Hopefully it lasts years and the pain to install it will fade.
