   Easy install to replace an older pot filler that had begun to leak. Love the SS finish. Only complaint is that the water flow is a bit less than the older model. Overall a great buy.

   Product is part of a renovation. When the plumber opened the box to install it the unit was bent and needed to be returned. It was past the 30 days at pfisteroutlet.com so they just told me there was noting they could do to help me. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they were great thankfully and replaced the item. Bottom line is if you are not going to use a product immediately which happens quite often during a renovation I would recommend buying somewhere else other than pfisteroutlet.com. Home Depot or other home improvement stores would never leave you out in he cold the way pfisteroutlet.com did to me in his type of situation.

   It’s nice looking if it is not damaged. Ours arrived in box with no perceptible issues. It stayed there for 3 months while our construction was behind schedule. We had it installed yesterday and could only see it was defective after installation. Not ok. Second major plumbing product from pfisteroutlet.com that was defective.

   Love this pot filler. I have always purchased Delta products with the exception of One Price Pfister faucet. I was super happy with the quality of my price Pfister faucet so I didn’t hesitate to buy this pot filler. When looking for a pot filler I wanted to buy a Delta because that is the product line I have in my kitchen. But the only Venetian bronze pot filler they had was more of a Victorian style. This did not work with my more contemporary style faucets. That is why I decided to buy the price Pfister Lita pot filler. It is gorgeous and the Venetian bronze matches the Delta Venetian bronze perfectly. Do not hesitate to mix and match these two brands because they are a perfect color match. The quality feels sturdy and very heavy duty. I also know from my other Price Pfister faucet that if anything goes wrong with the inside workings they will send you a new parts or even a new faucet. That is my kind of company

   Arrived and began installation only to notice the top pipe portion of faucet was bent downwards and no way damaged in shipping but rather a manufacturing issue and lacking quality control. I saw another review with this exact same issue. Hope the second one arrives straight.

   Nice faucet with two turn of f valves which is nice. Difficult to install though, leave it to someone who knows what they are doing. Getting the wall mount right and then actually getting the faucet to line up vertically as well as not leaking required one extra revolution on the copper pipe fitting. More than I would ever tighten a plumbing fitting – but had too in order to get it vertical. Difficult and worrisome when installing…
