When I called Price Pfister in late November to order this shower head, they told me to order it from pfisteroutlet.com! So, we got this shower head in Nov 2024 from pfisteroutlet.com. Had it professionally installed. Worked well until early February 2025 and then the handheld shower head stops attaching to the magnet! Called the Pfister customer service; after a 40 minute hold, was told to send a copy of the pfisteroutlet.com receipt and picture of the shower head to their website. Heard back from them asking me to call back about warranty.
When I called back on March 18, they say, since the product was supplied by a third party vendor, albeit through pfisteroutlet.com, it is not covered under the Price Pfister warranty!!
Either pfisteroutlet.com needs to be clear about their third party vendor or Price Pfister needs to provide their rude/terse/unfriendly staff retraining in good customer service. Really disappointed.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. This set up is amazing and the water pressure is great. I love how it looks and the functions on it are great. I like how the magnetic part is a large area for the handheld to easily adhere to. I can tell this will be long lasting. Would buy again.

Was hesitant to buy this part. But after installing it and using it for a couple of days. Bought a second for the other bath and everyone lives the product. The second shower head being magnetic is really nice makes use super convenient

Have a water softener and the jets still plug. Keep a stiff bristle brush in the shower to scrub clogged jets. Plastic materials make it risky to tighten fittings against metal

Great shower head, good pressure, pfisteroutlet.com doesn’t care about state GPM regulations, so go for it! Even better after removing the flow restrictor. Bought another for 2nd bathroom after the first.
