Beautiful design and the faucet works well but the soap dispenser pump stopped working after a week. I’m calling Pfister to hopefully get a replacement that works.

My neighbor has one and I loved the unique look. 4 stars because if the extra effort to push nosal back in after extending it. The weight they supply isn’t heavy enough for it to jump back into place. I bought a look alike Moen faucet for the laundry sink and it came with the dame hose weight. The weight is not adjustable like the older models. I added a second clip on weight and it helps!! Next time I’ll buy a faucet that has a magnetized head to help it snap back into the correct position 😉 overall nice faucet. No problem with the soap dispenser that came with it other than it swivels too easily! Maybe the plumber forgot to place a gasket or something!!

We had this faucet in a previous house and loved it, so now I’m putting it in another house in which we’re renovating the kitchen. In my previous house it was located on an island, so I could rotate it all the way around fill large pots as they rested on the countertop. It’s a terrific faucet and looks better than most.

I love this faucett! Replaced a Delta with similar design, the magnets that held the head in place rusted out and decided to replace it (10 years old).
This is a beautiful design, it does take a tad to get used to the handle as in the versicle position that is the cold water and you pull it towards you for hot. The magnet is located where it will not get wet like the Delta so should last longer.
Easy to use, head pulls out easily and much more convenient than having a separate sprayer or one of those high arc commercial faucets.

Some years ago we purchased an expensive Grohe fixture for our kitchen and after a time began to experience difficulty with the spray head jumping out of the faucet whenever we turned the water on. A minor inconvenience, perhaps, but that’s not what we had paid for. I went back and forth with Grohe for years but the problem would not be resolved. In all fairness to Grohe, they do offer very good follow-up customer service, but we finally decided to toss their faucet and buy the Pfister, which resembled the Grohe (very stylish) and was much cheaper. It was fairly easy to install and we have had no troubles with it. (We did not install the soap dispenser, and so cannot comment on its efficacy.)

This beautiful piece of artwork is 16.5″ tall from deck to apex of arch. It is stunning and quietly whispers “elegant simplicity.”
