   This is a really nice faucet at a super low price. This unit retails for $99 at my local big box home improvement store, so this was a real bargain! My BF was able to install it quite easily. The only glitch we encountered was that the old faucet had permanently attached supply lines, so I had to run out and pick up a pair. The instal went fine after that. Directions were easy to follow. The push to seal drain is especially nice. My old pop-up drain assembly broke and had to be repaired after only a couple years of infrequent use. The new drain unit was easier to install and feels quite durable. Very pleased with this set!

   Le robinet est défectueux dans sa conception. La rondelle de caoutchouc ne scelle pas le joint d’assemblage et l’eau s’écoule abondamment une fois installée. Mon plombier a essayé deux fois de l’installer avec la plus grande précaution. Le robinet est complètement inutile. Perte nette pour nous.

   Wow a $100 Pfister for $40. This faucet among many other Pfisters, is fantastic and works 100% flawless. Not sure how this dealer does it but this was brand new in box with factory strapping around box. This requires zero puddy/dope. No leaks at all. Pop up stem is awesome. Will buy one again for the kitchen if the seller has one I want.

   This is my second Pfister LF-048-ARYY with leaking issues. It leaks from the handle, which in turn, leaks from the center hole. This is my second defective one. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.

   So I ordered one to replace another store bought one that started leaking from the base after 7 years. This new refurbished one looked great and worked well for approximately 3 weeks. One morning it started leaking from the base like the other one. Thought it was the hose but nope, it was the base of the faucet.
   Not difficult to install so I removed it and asked for an exchange from pfisteroutlet.com. In true pfisteroutlet.com form they are sending a replacement in 2 days and all I have to do is take the first one to UPS for a return. I really hope the second one works for a long time. If I didn’t have to match this faucet to another that has been going since 2013 I’d order something else.
   Im sorry to say the replacment did not work at all. First time i ran it the base was leaking. This sucks. So disappointing. The return and refund is very simple though.

    Just had new house built. This was install in small bathroom. After one year leaking and almost ruined vanity. This is nice faucet but has design flaws. Even the plummer said they have had issues with them. Spent $12 more dollars on new hose thinking that was the problem. If you buy this faucet you need to get flash light, crawl under your cabinet everyday and look. When you go to work or leave go outside to water meter and turn off all water to house. When you get home get your light , crawl under sink, check for leaks. In the morning start all over again. Yes, that’s what your dealing with here.
