I bought this faucet set for a 100 year old house where the faucet spacing was an odd amount. They are very good quality with no plastic and plenty of brass. This faucet set is made the way all faucets were made more than about 40 years ago when everything went to plastic. Be aware that this set is for a roman tub not a shower or bath tub. I was able to get a set of handles that fit but the tube that covers the body had to modified. Not a huge deal. Very happy with my purchase.
