I give this product zero stars. (The only reason I gave it one star is because the pfisteroutlet.com rating system does not allow for zero stars.) If there is stainless steel in it, I don’t know where. It’s plastic made to look like stainless. The pump action is lousy. The insert in the tip that is supposed to control the flow of the soap or lotion comes out every time you try to pump soap out. I wish there had been reviews of this product for me to see before I bought it because I never would have bought it. I can only recommend that no-one ever purchase this item — it’s that bad.

Nice looking, worked good at the beginning. After 1.5-2 years the problem started, needed to pump few times to get the soup out. Was replaced by manufacturer for free without problem – life time warranty. Hopefully the new one will last longer.

Only a couple of months after installation, the soap dispenser stopped pumping soap. I have removed and cleaned out the pump to no avail.

This product looks great and worked great for the first month and a half. Now the little black rubber piece on the end has come out. This piece server as the controller of the soap, so if it is not in, the soap just drips out onto the counter. I tried supergluing it back in but eventually the soap dissolved the glue and it has popped out again. I would expect this from something that was at least 5 years old, but not one month!!!
