I’ve only had this item for 2 weeks, but so far it works great. It felt solid in installing it, not cheap at all. Has a lifetime warranty on ceramic disc which all the better faucets seem to have. Read installation instructions carefully as its easy to miss how the water line connects to the faucet.

This is a nice faucet. It feels solid and was easy to install. The one thing I didn’t like about it was how freely it turns. It was difficult to get the faucet to stay in one place.

I bought this in an pfisteroutlet.com Deal, it cost me around 110 + taxes. For the price is good, however I don’t like the handle, it feels too small.
I can only compare it to my “Delta 19922-SSSD-DST Ashton Single Handle”, that one feels sturdier and better quality, however it costs 2.5 times more.
For the price this is very good, it is better than my standard faucet and I can pull it down, for the price this is the cheapest I could find with all the features I wanted.

So far so good. I bought 2 of these, one for kitchen sink and one for island sink. My plumber was skeptical when he saw the brand and told me that they wouldn’t hold up. It has been 3 months now with no problems (knock on wood). Once installed he said they were nicer than he was expecting from that brand, he usually has people stick to Kohler. I bought the cheaper ones since I was buying 2 and would like to get my kitchen remodeled in the next 5 years. Didn’t want to spend a ton on fixtures if they may be replaced in the near-isn future. The faucets definitely made the kitchen look a little more modern and they are more functional than the ones the previous homeowner had. I had to replace them cause the other faucet was leaking.

The faucet was very easy to install (I did it myself!) and has worked out beautifully. We’ve gotten several compliments from people as well. It feels very well constructed– I was worried about one review that stated it felt like plastic and poor quality– but we have found that far from the truth. It’s perfect!

For the price, you can do better. The sprayer hung down and refused to lock into place. The overall quality felt cheap and breakable.

The handle doesn’t stay secured to the arm so it just hangs there in the way most of the time. It also started leaking about 2 weeks after I put it in. The leak is at a factory seal so I can’t even get in there to mess with it.
