Not the easiest to install. The pins are hard to insert when you have a small sink and not much clearance. I used my iPhone to make sure I placed the pins in correctly

Designed to be straightforward to install. The written instructions are clear and well written. The special plastic tool was nice but didn’t fit the nut used to secure the faucet. Had to use another tool.

Packaging was very good. Problems were the brushed nickel finish was very brassy looking. More importantly there are reviews (my plumber confirmed) that there are clip problems that range from leaks to complete flooding. I replaced it with a Moen faucet. We have used Moen over the years and never been disappointed.
