   I got this as a warranty replacement. I had to take multiple photos to prove the leaking was from the brand new faucet. They almost sent me the copper adapter, despite the pictures demonstrating where the leak was (and demonstrating that it was the faucet and not the adapter). I spent over an hour just to find out it was going to take 2 more weeks for a replacement. Very dissatisfied!

   Received faucet today, removed old faucet in about 45 minutes. It took only about 15 minuets to install this faucet and check for leaks. We ordered Pfister unit based on past experience and were not disappointed in initial quality. Instructions are picture oriented with very little printed words of instruction but seemed easy to follow. However, I have installed many faucets throughout my past. Hardest part was getting up and down under the sink. The included *wrench* made it very easy to complete installation as well as the *clip* links to water connections. Heavy weight to retract spray head just slipped over the hose and will always find it’s place at the lowest point of the sprayer hose connection. Spray head is a little hesitant to retract but expect it to become easier as time goes on. It needs a little nudge to get it going now. At 50PSI water pressure, spray is very suitable for our purposes.

   I bought this faucet for my camper. The one that came in the camper was a piece of junk, and this matches the existing décor perfectly. The hookups were simple and worked as expected. It is a great addition to our camper.

   A solid, high quality faucet, lovely to look at and use. A piece of cake to install (wish I could say that about the removal of the old faucet). Comes with all necessary parts to connect to your current plumbing. You just need tools and plumber’s putty, plus maybe some teflon tape if you’d like.

   My dad had a similar Pfister faucet installed in his house and found that over time motion and vibration of one of the supply lines against the housing wore a hole in the supply line which required repair. I took his advice and slid a thin piece of plastic between the one supply line that touched the housing.

   I initially saw this faucet at Home Depot or Lowes and decided to look for it on pfisteroutlet.com b/c it was just lovely. It was so much less expensive and I believe I purchased it used and it was perfect! It has a very tall neck and the arch of it is very goosed so if installed far toward the back of the sink near the wall like mine is then the stream of water can be a bit far from the front of the counter where you’re standing, which can make your back hurt if you’re leaning in to be closer to the stream of water for a long period of time. I remedy this by tilting the Pull-Down faucet head toward me so that the water streams out at an angle toward the front of the sink. So if I’m standing at the sink for a long period of time I can stand straight up without leaning in hurting my back! You can see what I mean in 2 of the attached photos. Speaking of the pull-down faucet, I love that it pulls out really far and has two switch options – stream and spray. They both work great…a full strong stream and powerful enough spray setting. One other slight hiccup in my situation is the pull-out faucet hose is very long and I have limited space underneath in my small 24″ sink cabinet base with the garbage disposal and water lines so the ball weight that attaches to the hose to automatically retract the hose and faucet back into the goose neck once pulled out was obstructed by the water lines & pipes underneath so it would get hung up all the time. The way I remedied this is I just chose not to use the ball weight. You can see what I mean in 1 of the attached photos. So I do have to replace the pull-out faucet manually when I pull it out instead of it automatically retracting due to the weight pulling it back in, but it is not at all a hassle or even noticeable. I did have to purchase plumber’s putty, Teflon tape & two 20″ braided stainless steel faucet connectors (3/8″ X 1/2″), but I got the Fluid Master Click Seal ones and they worked so well and installed so quickly onto the supply lines. I’m a young woman but am very savvy when it comes to anything Home Improvement related so I watched a couple of YouTube videos and had this faucet installed in less than 30 minutes with no leaks or hitches on the first try. All in all this faucet comes highly recommended b/c it is just beautiful! See attached photos for details.

   I purchased the faucet as final piece of a kitchen project. The finish and overall look is very nice. The setup and connections are very well designed and easy to install. The issue is the head of the faucet has a small little “clip” that keeps it attached to the body of the faucet. Unfortunately after about 6-8 months, it will not hold head in place anymore. It now just hangs from the body. My last faucet lasted for 12 years, so getting less then one year is very disappointing. I would not purchase this faucet based on this design flaw, only a matter of time before you have to replace.
