My previous Price Pfister faucet leaking at the base due to ages, over 27 years. I picked up this one mainly for the same brand as well as price. It is pretty good to me, very easy to install, good looking, and fit well.
One thing need improvement is the base two taps are little weak, not as solid as previous one that I had.
