I bought the polished chrome model. The pfisteroutlet.com webpage for this product describes it as made of metal, but the body of the faucet is chrome-colored plastic. It feels cheap and fragile, and probably should sell for half the price that I paid for it. I like the “push and seal” drain assembly which replaced the mickey mouse pull-up plunger type assembly that is so common on older faucets. However, there were no installation instructions for the push and seal drain assembly. I had to contact Pfister to obtain instructions, hence my 3-star rating for the “ease of installation.” Otherwise, the faucet was pretty easy to install. The handle and valve work smoothly, as does the aerator. I hope I can still say that in 2 years from now.

Be careful when you buy this type of faucet. The product description says it is made of metal. It is made of plastic, I installed it that way for an emergency but I would not buy it again.
