The box, which wasn’t sealed, was missing two rubber washers. We have been trying to find replacements, but these, like the handheld shower itself, are hard to come by. We may, at some point, have to return it, if we are unable to find these missing pieces.

It was purchased as a Christmas gift to replace the aged shower head in our bathroom. I made sure I ordered in plenty of time to receive it in time for Christmas but I didn’t look at it closely until after my wife opened it, and I was ready to install it. That’s when I noticed it was broken along the outside edge of the arm mount nut. Unfortunately it is past the point where a return is allowed. I noticed it is not “metal” as it is in the description. It is mostly a hard plastic with some bits that are metal. Update: using the # provided by pfisteroutlet.com I called Pfister directly and was able to easily get a new replacement part shipped directly, no charge. I was lucky to have receipt with all the details needed.
