I bought this to replace an olde Pfister kitchen faucet that had had issues 3 times in the last 10 years (it was much older than that!) Time to replace! My plumber installed the new one on Friday afternoon, and it looked lovely and seemed to work perfectly, for which I would give it 5 stars. We installed it without the plate, like my previous one. But that night I noticed that sometimes when I turn it on after it’s not been in use for a while, a little water (a tablespoon or two) leaks out from underneath the handle. During immediate subsequent uses (on and off, like when I am washing dishes) it does not leak at all. But when I leave it for an hour or so, the next time I turn on the water, out comes that a small quantity of water from the bottom part of the handle. I contacted the plumber and he’ll come back this week. But really, this should not happen. I am concerned because when the box arrived it was not sealed, and two metal rings were just loose inside the box. I wonder if some internal part of the faucet assembly was missing, although I think the plumber should have noticed (it was largely assembled when it arrived.) Very disappointing to have my 200 dollar faucet be leaking right away. Will update this review after the plumber returns. So, he came back, tightened the items inside as suggested by Pfister’s troubleshooting website. A couple hours later, water dribbles out at the base of the handle again. I called Pfister’s customer support and they are going to send new parts for free, as they should ( I believe they said a new cartridge and new O rings — it was hard to hear.) But I’ll still be out some money because I’ll have to call out the plumber again. Very disappointing. The customer support said it will take 7 to 10 days for the parts to get here, then I’ll have to get the plumber to come back. I’m beginning to feel like I should ask for my money back.

Color is beautiful and matches existing de or. Only unusual thing is you push the handle down to turn on water instead of pulling up the handle. Seems backwards

I had zero water pressure and made horrible noises replaced with a much better one. Don’t waste your money.
