We recently purchased two new faucets as part of a bathroom update. The design and quality for the price appealed to us. Installation was easy compared to other faucets I have installed. Unfortunately, one of the faucets started to leak slowly under the handle, so I reduced my rating from a 5 to 4. I contacted Pfister support and they are sending a new cartridge. Also, I was informed that they Pfister can not find eFaucets on their list of sellers and that the warranty may be changed to limited, in place of lifetime; given this issue, that is concerning and something I will address if necessary.
