I wanted to love this faucet. In theory, it is wonderful. But in reality, it is way too big for most residential bathrooms. It is so big that the stopper lift rod in the back was right up against the granite backsplash. So, obviously it could not be installed properly. If Pfister made a smaller unit with the same design, it would be perfect. This one belongs in a commercial, very large bathroom.

Did not install easily but finally got it to fit. As someone else noted stopper is so close to backsplash we can’t use it. The pewter constantly gets water spots. Now the hot water all of a sudden only trickles out so now the water runs all over the counter. Hot water in all other faucets in the house is working fine. If we hadn’t paid so much for it we would just trash it.
