   Looks great and sturdy. Fittings are almost impossible to find. It uses straight thread pieces that are incompatible with standard tapered threads used in 99% of plumbing fittings including sharkbite. Had to special order the fittings, 2 were almost $115. My feeling is if you spend this much on a product, it should include everything needed to attach to a standard supply line. Customer service is useless. Pfister service wouldn’t help me find anything to use. They’re answer was to look online. Good luck if you buy one. Hopefully you’ll have better luck.

   First of all, this faucet is beautiful! I just had it re-installed yesterday, so I actually haven’t had a chance to really even use it. I would give it five stars based solely on the look of it. However, my plumber had an awful time installing this and apparently there was a gasket that did not fit correctly (hence the four-star rating). He uninstalled the original faucet and sent it back. Returning it was very easy and we got a new one within days. I’m hoping it was just a fluke with the first one and that I have no issues with the new one. I plan to take many baths in my new tub!
