Bought this for our guest bath because of the design.
This fixture has a temperature restrictor within the unit. This would only allow the water to reach a lukewarm temp.
We have an on demand water heater and the restrictor wouldn’t allow enough water pressure through to trigger the heating element on the water heater.
Also, from the second week after installation rust has been coming through the faucet. Our lines have been thoroughly checked so we know it’s coming from the faucet. It is in the process of being replaced
