This Pfister kitchen faucet had amazing reviews and looks great but we only have a trickle of water when in the hot position. Customer service responded right away and are sending the parts in 10-14 days. I asked if the parts could be expedited and was told it was not possible. It will be extremely difficult to have no hot water in the kitchen for up to 2 weeks. I would think this would be a priority and not something they should cheap out on.

This is an appealing spigot that will find a place with many embellishing styles. The completion is great and activity is straightforward. Assuming that you’ve at any point introduced fixtures, you’ll definitely approve of this. Pfister items really do have gained notoriety for not spilling or trickling. Pfister is one of the five greatest American producers of kitchen and washroom spigots, and the contrast among Pfister and the others Pfister is number is progressively little in quality and client care, yet to some degree more critical in cost. Pfister was once one of the biggest and most popular of all American pipes makers, however a progression of proprietorship changes (and an adjustment of name from Value Pfister to simply Pfister) diminished the organization’s size and notoriety. Once more over the course of the past ten years the organization has settled under new proprietorship and new name, turning into a figure the market. Pfister appears to have zeroed in on end clients in its restoration, and the center is clear in its reasonable, all around delineated directions and brilliant, appealing boxes.

Leave it to Pfister to create something that has such an elegant look, but is still functional. Does everything you need a pull down kitchen faucet to do for you. But also has a certain appearance that guests will appreciate. Very reliable and no issues with leaks after installation.

This faucet has been a great pick up. I love that the head pulls out serving as the sprayer, since every side-sprayer I have ever owned breaks within a month or two. This one is going strong, and the two spray options are perfect for my dish cleaning and sink rinsing needs.
The installation was straight forward. I have an old home so I had to replace one of the valves before installing this. It took me a couple tries to get the feed line on tight enough to not leak. I messed up the Teflon tape on my first try so it did not seal it well. I definitely recommend that you use Teflon/Plumbers tape if you have a threaded water valve. Once I was past this, the installation was relatively easy. Just keep watch of the pictures in the instructions so you keep the feeder lines and faucet pointing in the right direction as you are installing. I had to unscrew and reposition everything because I was not paying attention to the images in the instruction manual.
My other mishap is that I did not have a slot for the soap dispenser in my sink. I thought about trying to conjure something up, but decided it was not worth the effort. My former Delta Faucet had a (non-functioning) side sprayer installed, so I assumed I had the necessary hole for the soap dispenser. Really though, the side sprayer hole was covered by the base of this new faucet, and the soap dispenser hole was supposed to be further to the right. So just make sure you have the necessary slot for the soap dispenser if this is important to you. We really do not miss it.
All told, I really like this faucet. The high loop head has been great for us. We can finally fit pots or water jugs underneath it without having to clear everything out of the sink. It looks good, and works great. Definitely recommend.

Over the years, I have owned a few Price Pfister products and they have all performed well. It seems Pfister (no longer called Price Pfister) doesn’t have the brand awareness it once did, and their products are now made in China.
This is not the same high-end company it once was, and their products would now be considered medium level, though still very good. Pfister is a good choice if you are looking for quality on a tight budget. (There are some chrome plated plastic components)
This is an attractive faucet that will fit in with many decorating styles. The finish is good and operation is simple. If you’ve ever installed faucets before, you’ll have no problems with this. Pfister products do have a good reputation for not leaking or dripping.
This seems fairly priced for what you get.
