I liked the installation of the first one I bought, I purchased a second one for another sink in the house. The installation system on these can’t be beat — just drop the faucet in the hole and do all the tightening from above… no fiddling with wrenches under the sink.
The only drawback to these faucets is the hot/cold threshold is a little fiddly and somewhat inconsistent, as I find it difficult to get the right warm temp when washing my hands.

This faucet is so close to being perfect! Still, I had to take away one star because the supply lines are a very stiff plastic. I didn’t even think to look at that before buying, because in what world in 2024 does a faucet at this price point *not* have the braided nylon supply lines??!!
Anyway. Those supply lines did make installation way harder than it should have been, but I wouldn’t call it hard. 3 streams seem to work well. I will enjoy the hydro blade, I think.
I do wish it were a hair taller, I think, but I’m confident it is as per the measurements in the listing.

Sprayer only stays on with strong water stream. Disappointing. Also, the nozzle does not slide easily back into place; needs a fair bit of working to get it in. Love the look though.

It’s the best kitchen faucet I have ever had. Congratulations to Pfister for their from-above installation design. This was my primary reason for buying the faucet, and it did not disappoint. I also like the docking system for the pull-down spray head–it is solid and works perfectly. The three spray options are fine, and I like the fact that the stream option is the default. I chose a black finish to go with the other appliances in our kitchen, and it does seem to resist water spots. A minor negative is the fact that the supply lines are fairly stiff, but it’s not a deal breaker. I would not hesitate to buy another Pfister product, based on my experience with this one.

I did lubricate the base with some dish soap when installing the spout to help it slide on easier. I did have to remove the cartridge after installing because a little crud from the hot water connection plugged up the port in the cartridge but after that everything worked perfectly!!

I have a very large and deep rectangular kitchen sink. Reaching the underside of the faucet mounting is super difficult, deep and narrow. Was recommended to look at a “top-mount” faucet, and I found this. (Very few to be found on pfisteroutlet.com…?)
While I still had to get up and into that small area with a tool to be able to disconnect the old faucet, I was able to install this new faucet without having to get back into that small space. You install this from the top, and it has a piece that drops down into the hole and then you tighten it from the top. Way easier. Also, if it ever loosens (and it hasn’t so far) I can retighten from the top.
Aside from the installation the faucet is great. Pfister is a good brand. Works well, I like the finish on it, and the pull-out works well.
This is my first time experiencing a top-down faucet design and I won’t ever go back!
