We ordered two of these for our master bath makeover and both faucets were damaged, apparently by the way they were placed in their boxes by the manufacturer. The skirt was dented right under the faucet, by pressure from the pipe that was under it in the box. Sent back both for a refund and replaced them with Delta fixtures, which looked and functioned perfectly.

I gave this faucet 4 stars instead of 5 because the hot water handle seems loose (on both faucets we purchased). My hubby looked at it, thinking he could tighten them, but nothing worked. I guess we’ll just have to put up with them until they no longer work. We had them installed in August 2024 and here in March of 2025 I’m wondering how long they will last.
