We bought this as “Refurbished”. It arrived in perfect condition. It did not look like it had been installed anywhere. The box had all the original parts. The only thing missing was the paper work including installation instructions. I went on youtube and watch a video for installing this exact faucet. I had it installed in a new sink in under an hour. This is a beautiful faucet. My wife absolutely loves it. We paid about half the retail price for a new one at home depot. Totally satisfied with this purchase. We are just starting a remodel but I added a picture of the faucet.
