If these are turned too far they break where the splined, plastic adapter meets at the valve. Replaced several with a different/shorter model for this reason.

Replaced the handle of our old faucet. This was an upgrade to the original kit we bought as this one had metal internal workings vs the plastic of the original that broke. Don’t expect it will break again. Very happy with this product.
