Gave it 3stars because not yet installed – plumber just left with unfinished install. The problem is due to having purchased wrong valve due to incorrect information – the valve number just given to me by pfister is 0X6-440R. Otherwise, this product is beautiful and feels like quality. Info says to only use damp cloth to clean – no chemicals – to protect the lifetime finish warranty. Plumber said pfister products overall have repair issues that are not standard parts. I’m looking forward to having this beautiful piece installed and praying no problems.
