   The handles look good and didn’t leak but not perfectly straight. Also if you don’t have the valve for a pfister don’t buy it. I made this mistake and it costed me time to find the valve and install it.

   The package exterior appeared to be unopened since it had two plastic bands holding the lid closed. However, those can be slipped off, then back on. Missing parts were: A. Shower arm flange (1) B. Valve stem rubber washers (3) C. Valve flanges (3) D. Valve retainer sleeve (1) E. Screw stem extenders (3) F. Handle (1)

   The mixer valve stem is too short. Could not install. Need to return but return window has closed. Please help. See photo attached. The mixer valve with the longer stem is the one I am trying to replace. After installation the mixer valve keeps rotating without locking Sukhendu Majumdar 9014937536

   While it doesn’t say so, this kit includes the replacement valves. I have not yet installed them, but they look good to me. It includes new seats, valves, O rings, handles, everything. I am impressed by the kit. The overall weight is heavy & not cheap construction. I see that the threads are in some places a bit rough, but that can be files smooth if needed. There is plenty of material to work with. It is a complete upgrade.

    Installed several of these throughout house with no issues on valve replacement (you’ll need the plumber’s tool to back-out/install new valves which you can get at big box stores at little costs). Nice clean profile with Brushed Nickel finish
