   Did not work. Very little water came through hose. First I hooked it up, than a professional tried. Water simply could not come through. A cheaper one works better.

   This advertises 3 settings for the spray but there are only 2 distinct ones – the fine spray & the “massage” spray. It fails to produce adequate water pressure. This in in contrast to 3 other handheld showerheads we have had on the same shower over the years – all those generated plenty of water pressure. Additionally, this model does not have a trickle/shutoff, which we find helpful when needing to pause during a bath for our child.

   It does feel substantially constructed with more metal parts than other models. Unfortunately this doesn’t overcome the performance deficits.
