Disappointed. We bought our home Sept 7 2018. Previous owner installed this along with new vanity and mirror. Manufacture date on Pfister sticker on top of cold cartridge says 02-27-17. Previous owner bought the place at the end of July 2017 so it had to be installed between July 2017 and prior to Sept 2018. Less than a year and half and the cartridges are leaking. I bought what are supposedly replacement cartridges just under $30 for 2. Realized they were not correct but had correct sized o-rings so I tried those. It seems to maybe have fixed the cold but not the hot. Oh well, theres some wasted money and a learning experience. Having trouble locating the actual manufacturer cartidge. 974-098 is incorrect. Not terribly pleased with the quality since the cartridges go bad in a year and a half or less.

I like the faucets. One of my aerators failed at install. So just got around to registering for warranty which I could not do because this company is not an authorized Pfister seller. So started looking everywhere for aerator for this model. Pfister site said this part was discontinued! No part available. So brand new faucet that can’t even get a simple replacement part for even at my cost. Sickening! Aerators definitely need replacement when you can’t get the tiny little holes clean and or it breaks and clogs. Please only buy from authorized dealer of any of your faucets or you feel ripped off and won’t get any support from company!
