Works great but after 39 years of moving a handle, it is VERY hard to get used to. Like moving the location of your dishes in a cabinet and then going back to get a dish and they’re not there…HOWEVER, To install this faucet, the nut under the counter is very inaccessible, especially on a deep farm sink. They sell a tool that, for a $300.00 faucet, should be IN The box… I don’t even care if the price went up $20 to cover the tool’s retail cost. Imagine you get the thing home, make time to install and then can’t tighten the nut enough to keep it stable. So now, you have to send for the tool and then crawl back under the sink to re-do the job. This, at my age, has gotten to be a real PITA, and I’m not THAT OLD YET. So, the faucet slops around for a few more days, and then the process starts over again. Oh…and don’t forget you e gotta pull out all of the crap under the cabinet to squeeze back under there…..phew, I’m exhausted just rethinking about it. Hey PFISTER…. wake up

The faucet looks really good and was easy to install. Simply to use. Requires an outlet.

Motion detection is a very nice feature especially when handling food and you don’t want to touch the handle. I also notched that you are able to save water when washing dishes, pots and pans as you can easily turn off the water while scrubbing and turn back on to rinse. Note that if you have an outlet for a garbage disposal it may be wired to only turn the outlet off or on so that when you plug in the faucet the motion detection would only work when the outlet is switched on. Can be resolved by rewiring or purchasing the battery pack. We went the $15 easy route and bought the battery pack. We are pleased with this capability.

The faucet is nice, the touch free system is the worst that I have ever owned. In approximately 18 months that I have owned it I have called the company six (6) times and had a new control box replaced I have told them that I have reset it and it would work slightly and noticed the IR sensor flashing letting me think it’s not the power control box but the sensor itself, again they are willing to replace the control box but if the sensor on the faucet is bad I could not get a clear answer for replacement.

These faucets are great in a kitchen! Set a temperature and pressure that you like for doing dishes and it just stays at that setting each time you turn it on. It will confuse some guests but at least a few people who have experienced ours have installed their own.

The main hose is busted as shipped. How does this get sold?

love the facet. the only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star is the handle screw will not tighten up enough to hold the handle on.

I had very little space under the countertop so there was no room for the wrench to turn when it comes to tightening the bolt. I even had a Pfister faucet ranch (from other products), but all the lines/nuts would not fit through the center channel. Went to home-depot (since I had to get the water lines), but nothing really worked. At the end, it was just elbow grease. Boy, I wish Pfister had designed it better.
Afterwards, it worked beautifully. BTW, you can share the same power plug with a garbage disposal as long as the air switch won’t cut out the power to the plug.
I really like the functions and the look of it.

Because this tap is primarily used as a kitchen faucet , the touches feature can be very annoying at times. For example, if you’re washing pots or other objects it’s far easier to TOUCH the tap for on/off requirements vs waving your hands around trying to get it to turn on or off. Overall, not a good choice for a kitchen sink.
