We purchased this item “refurbished” but it had many problems. The head is gouged (like it was put in a vise), a hose is badly damaged, the faucet had water deposits all over it, and it DOES NOT EVEN WORK! Our plumber took the handle off and noted that the cartridge was very loose and improperly seated. The improper seating broke a small piece of plastic and plugged the faucet. So thanks to a GREAT plumber, he cleaned the cartridge, properly installed it, cleaned the faucet, replaced the hose (from one he had in his van thankfully) and got it working. But the spray head is stilled gouged. We are just finishing a remodel and need a kitchen faucet period, so we are keeping it but wow what a mess.

It’s OK, but kind of clunky. If you pull the spray head out, it takes effort to put it back in place. There’s a lot of play in the handle, and it’s hard to adjust the temperature. It’s OK for the price; it’s about what I expected in comparison to the $500+ faucets at the plumbing supply house in town.
