I love the no putty needed for installation feature, it made the process so much easier. The widespread bathroom sink faucet design is sleek and attractive. Pfister is a brand I trust, and their TiteSeal mounting technology impressed me. Including the valve and cartridge was a nice touch too. All in all, it was a great purchase!

No where does the information, before purchase state the depth of theseal stem. There is a 5 inch gap between the upper most thread and the seal to the sink. There is no way to secure the drain stem to the sink. I had to keep the old one that has threads the entire length of the stem, but the seal button is silver. A round pipe or hard plastic tube could have been provided, but was not. Not all sinks are the same width, yet it seems to be a pattern that nobody describes thread length and height and or size of gap without threads. The instructions refer to letters like A, B, C & D, but the packaging of the components are not labeled. Careful comparision to the pictures is required.
