   cheap plastic / flimsy / replaced entire lavatory faucet with a different brand with a more substantial replacement cartridge. I have used Price Pfister in the past and was always satisfied, but will not in the future.

   I liked that replacing the leaking faucet valves we easier and less expensive than new faucets. Purchased these for an older 2008 Price Pfister bathroom faucet no long made. Replaced both hot and cold valves. Removal of old valve was pretty easy but recommend you read the installation instructions carefully as you will need some part(s) from old valve to make the new valve work. Cold water leaked after installation but removed, flipped the valve gasket, and re-installed with success. Takes about 45 minutes to replace both valves.

   After going to home depot and trying out the OEM replacement for this part which does not work at all, I ordered this part through pfisteroutlet.com. It is the correct part and installed easily after following a youtube tutorial. Do NOT attempt to by a replacement that says it will fix the price pfister taps, only buy the brand name.
