I bought mine locally rather than at pfisteroutlet.com. The reviews here were so good I thought it was a good choice. The flow restrictor is so restrictive it takes forever to rinse a toothbrush. I don’t see how you save in water when you have to leave it running so much longer. I called Pfister’s help line and of course it took me to a Philippine call center where they don’t understand anything I say, and likewise for me. I called back three times but it was no use. They clearly don’t know what they are talking about. I called the home improvement place I bought it from and they told me Pfister are pretty bad and they don’t recommend them. Consider yourself warned! I’m expecting the cartridges in the handles to give me trouble fairly soon from what I’ve since found out.

My husband has installed numerous Price Pfister faucets, as we have grown to love the quality and ease to install their products. This has the pop up drain like others we’ve installed, and a nice high arch for the spigot. Having installed probably 10 of these previously, my husband had this installed at his mom’s house in less than 20 minutes. When you find a great quality product, you just stick with it.
