This faucet has worked for 19 years. That is amazing. Now there is water a dripping. I could replace the cartridge. See the photo. Where can I buy the cartridge? Or should I just buy the faucet again which might be cheaper. Help.

Never thought I would say a toilet paper holder was beautiful but WOW! Beautiful quality beautiful polished chrome finish. Easy to install.

Perfect match for complete Kenzo bathroom. Can simply wax if you are worried about water spots mentioned in other review.

Very happy with these faucets. Bought 2 for the new vanity. Quality is fantastic and they work great! Would not hesitate to buy them again.

Nice look but have had to contact Pfister three times now for breakdowns in the unit. I just posted this picture of the latest - it has sprung a leak in the head for the second time now. On the good side, their customer service is excellent and has replaced the parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy about them, but their faucet is not worth it this time. Sorry.

I bought this shower head and handle for our bathroom remodel. The Pfister cartridge (plumbing installed behind the wall) was put in by our contractor, so we only needed the head and handle trim kit. Pfister is more expensive, but after installing this v.s. the cheaper end brands, we were very pleased. It was straightforward to install and works great! The head puts out a pressure that is lackluster at best, but it is a "rainfall" type head, so I could be being picky there. The handle and head are constructed well and fit perfect with the Pfister cartridge. The color was perfect for our shower. Overall we are delighted with the quality and workmanship of our new shower head.

This was replacing an older sprayer. This was a replacement for a Kraus KPF 1602 and I can say this is definitely an upgrade. The pressure is very good and the sprayer works very well (for the limited flow rates required here). My only complaint was with the installation design. When they designed this they clearly know it would go behind a sink but did not take that into account. They put in a lock nut (in the picture) that requires a wrench to tighten (the Kraus had wings you could tap on to drive it in). That means that you have to get in there with a wrench to turn it, if you have limited space like I do its a pain. While challenging positionally, it only took about 20 mintues to install and get it operational. Overall, I would buy this again. Its very pretty and very functional. Hopefully it lasts years and the pain to install it will fade.

We love it. Best faucet! Looks great! Installation was a little difficult..

Honestly we were a little slow when it came to ordering everything for our remodel and then we needed these ASAP since the plumber was coming to install. I was interested in the pfister contempra for both the shower and the sink but it would not be delivered on time through build.com and wasn't able to find it on pfisteroutlet.com, but then I found these, which are very very very similar and half the price, so I went with it. I guess I cannot say how it compares to the contempra but these are super sturdy high quality and look great. Plumber installed it so I cannot speak to how easy it is but It does look great, no leaks, nice design. I guess it doesn't stick that far out into the sink so there is a little more splatter on the counter behind the sink than there might be otherwise, but that's basically the only downside i can see. Otherwise I think this looks great and is very sturdy for the price. I would recommend it and buy again if we had another bathroom to remodel.

Easy to install and better than buying a new faucet.

I can't find the exact model number of my "CLASSIC" faucet (which is definitely discontinued), but these fit perfectly. They're about 1/2" diameter.

I love the style, but I am very disappointed that the faucet has started chipping.

Highly recommended

This looks great. With the addition of a new Pfister valve cartridge, my old shower valve works and looks brand-new and I didn't have to tear out the wall. The first picture is "before" with the shiny chrome that looked like a 1970's Motel 6. The second is now, with the new trim in brushed nickel.

A few years back when I remodel my bathroom we installed brushed nickel Venturi handle tub and shower faucets from Pfister. They've worked great up until one day I went to go turn the shower on and the knob just kept going and going. I waited for my boyfriend to get home to take apart the handle and we figured out that there was a plastic piece inside which allows it to catch, which is the mechanism that turn the water on and off. This plastic piece had been stripped and broken and wasn't allowing the handle to work properly. I couldn't figure out what to do and I didn't want to buy a whole new handle tub and shower faucet just for this tiny replacement piece. So I got on the Pfister website and emailed them about my problem. Quickly they emailed me back saying that the replacement piece that I was looking for was # 9700770 and that you could find it on a lot of online shops that sold Pfister products. I googled this product number and was happy to find out that the product was available on pfisteroutlet.com. Upon looking at it I was a little worried that it wouldn't work because it looks so much different than the original piece. However I ordered it anyways knowing I could just return it with prime if I needed to, and got it within a couple days. It works perfectly it was easy to install all I needed was a screwdriver and my tub was back up and running at normal capacity within 3 minutes. I'm super happy I was able to find this piece, and knowing that this part is now made of metal instead of the original plastic piece, I hope that I won't have this issue in the future.
