We chose these faucets for our master bath remodel, and so far, I’m very happy with them. They look fantastic and are a great price. Water pressure is superb, and there’s no leakage. I got these because they are supposed to resist water stains. We have only had these for about a week, so I can’t tell yet if this is true, but so far, they are easy to clean.

This holder is gorgeous. Love the style!! Extremely easy to install with the template provided by Pfister. It's sturdy, easy to use, and beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Had my handy man installed this and it was pretty easy. Good quality and looks good.

Item was packed by pfisteroutlet.com ok but ordered item inside had been previously opened and stapled closed. I expected new unopened item for the price paid. Almost wonder if it had been used. Never stated in listing that it had been opened.

Purchased two in Matte Black for double vanity in a newly remolded bathroom. Unfortunately both have chipped paint within a year exposing the brass. Normal daily use, no harsh cleaning chemicals. Very disappointing especially considering the price. Looks terrible now.

First of all, it was pretty easy to install. The quality seems great so far with no leaks but I guess time will tell. I love the black color and the matte finish, more unique than your typical faucet. I love the pull-down feature and how you can spin it around so the "spray" buttons are either showing on the front or hidden on the back. Soap dispenser seems nice but I probably won't use it. Overall happy with this purchase.

I paid a $195 for the Pfister Zanna faucet stainless look with spot defense and soap dispenser. I bought this after looking at at least 30 or more different faucets. It had good reviews on pfisteroutlet.com and Home Depot. Seems to be mostly made of metal, except the spray head is mostly plastic. Water flow isn’t as strong as I would like. I live in California where the highest water flow you can get is 1.8 gpm ,The Pfister is 1.66 GPM. Pull down spray works okay I never had one with pulled down sprayer head. The sprayer head goes back in place with the help from a magnet also to helps hold it in place. I like the faucet handle and how it functions. Can’t comment on how long it will last. It’s Definitely worth giving it a try and it looks different from others also. Update! 08/29/23 it’s been only 6 weeks So Far the Faucet is working fine.

This faucet is replacing an aging one we had in our kitchen and I couldn’t be happier with it, truly! Full disclosure: I received this faucet “free” of charge in exchange for a fair and honest review. I promise you (you can look through my prior reviews) that I am giving an honest review regardless of the lack of initial cost to me up front. I hate plumbing. I hate it with the passion of a thousand dying suns. Getting on my back, cramped underneath my sink, limited space, in the dark with a flashlight in my mouth, old rusty pipes flaking rust in my eyes, and water…always water. That being said, once the old faucet hardware was ripped out this was a breeze to install! There’s the plumbing of course but there is also a battery pack that controls the motion sensor. The back of the battery pack has a double sided sticky Velcro patch on it so you can mount it that way or with the included mounting screw. Everything below the sink is color coordinated for ease of installation. All the hardware is extremely nice and of good quality. The instructions are extremely easy to follow and are expertly written. No Chinese-to-English computer translations here; no sir! The diagrams are very clear and nicely illustrated. The only way this could have been easier is if they sent a technician out to install it for you. The physical hardware is polished so nicely and has a sort of teflon coating to it. It resists finger prints and even water making cleanup a breeze. There is a very heavy weight on the hose underneath the sink and a strong magnet in the pull down nozzle that makes the nozzle return to it’s base with a satisfying “click!”. I love having a matching soap dispenser now as my old faucet didn’t have that. We filled it with dish detergent to make doing dishes easy and keeps the ugly store bottle off the countertop. There are three options for sprays which is nice. The standard spray is one we’re all used to; the aerated steady stream. The second option is the shower-like spray which is also standard fare now. The third setting is sort of a fan of water at a very high pressure allowing you to clean the gunk off your plates with ease (and also spraying water all over the kitchen if you have it on full blast!). I won’t go too overboard typing my review as I’ll include a video review as well. I am so glad to have this beautiful faucet now installed in my kitchen. I am loving the motion sensing feature as it’s a joy to use. I can absolutely 100% recommend this to you if it matches your style and you’re in need of a new faucet. I hope this was helpful to you in some way. Cheers!

The “Pfast Connect” supply line failed. They use a thin plastic connector that cracked and came completely disconnected from the braided supply hose, gushing water into the adjacent bedroom and causing hundreds of dollars in damage. Pfister (Spectrum Brands) does not stand very firmly behind their warranty. The box displays a Lifetime Warranty, but when I called customer service they said they wouldn’t replace it since I wasn’t the original owner. This is a defective product, and I plan to purchase a replacement made by a competitor of Spectrum Brands.

Beautiful contrast hope it holds up and no leaks in the back since it had a nice foam block Black with very light grey lettering.

I didn’t realize it was a push down drain which I like! Also it is a 4” center set to be sure it fits your sink. Matte black looks great with my matte black hardware and this was “squared”a bit in design which matched the squared towel and toilet paper holder. Pfister is a good name and has limited lifetime warranty.

My faucet started leaking out of a tiny crack in the black plastic. I looked up almost every faucet on the Pfister website and I'm 90% sure I have a Kai. I bought this hoping it would be the right one and it was! I didn't use a single tool to install it other than a bucket to catch the water when I removed the original one. I did use kitchen gloves when screwing the head attachment on just to give myself a little extra grip to make sure it was extra snug.

This is exactly what I needed for my kitchen faucet that is about 10 years old (Ashfield line), model 5297YP. The parts breakdown says the cartridge is #974-074, and this is definitely the correct replacement (even though this new part has an extra 0 at the end). Also note that the color has changed from all white to black with a white bottom (as shown). The issue I had was the handle to the faucet sometimes would slowly drop down and turn on the water (at least a trickle). So I needed a new cartridge to fix the "loose" handle problem. In the photo, the old cartridge is on the left, and new one on the right. Changing this was super easy. First, make sure the water is off. The toughest part is finding the right size allen wrench (hex wrench) to remove the handle, but that is fairly easy (just put the wrench in the small hole on the handle and unscrew the screw attaching the handle to the end of the cartridge). Once the handle was off, I unscrewed by hand a cosmetic cap (in the photo see upper left round part) which exposed the locking device (brass, shown in the photo on the far right). That is removed with a large pair of pliers (just grip it "head on" on the two flat surfaces and unscrew it using pliers or pair of vice grips). Once that locking device is unscrewed, you just pull out the old cartridge and put in the new. On mine I DID need to use a screwdriver to remove the old seal (now a light blue on the new part, was red on the original part, again, see photo bottom left for the old red gasket that I had to gently scrape out of the internal workings of the faucet). Assembly is just the reverse - pop in the new cartridge (has two nipples that force the correct alignment), screw in the brass locking mechanism and tighten it (not too tight or you can damage the cartridge), screw on the outer cosmetic piece by hand, put the handle back on, use the hex wrench to tighten down the screw that holds the handle onto the cartridge, and you are done! In summary, I'm very happy! Thanks for reading :-)

Haven't had this sink faucet long (about a month so far), so I can't speak to it's longevity yet. So far it works okay, but I am a bit disappointed with it aesthetically. The handles don't screw on--they just pop on like a cap, so there is no way to tighten them if needed--which I do. I can't get the cold water side as snug as the hot, whoch is annoying. They also show EVERY SINGLE smudge, fingerprint, drop of water, etc. We bought it for a powder room remodel, so it's a sink that doesn't get used a ton but I still feel like I'm constantly having to really wipe it down which I was hoping to avoid. It was a huge pain to install, as well. So, unfortunately disappointed with it overall.

This installed quickly and looks great
