Pfister hardware is excellent. This was sold used like new, but it was never actually installed, because everything was fresh as a daisy in the original box. It was probably sold in this manner because the valve handle was damaged because the box didn't protect it adequately during initial shipping. So it was $50 off the brand new $150 price! pfisteroutlet.com refurbished offers some great deals for quality products if you don't mind cosmetic blemishes.

I had been looking for a new bathroom faucet that sat higher over the sink, allowing more room to use the faucet on a daily basis, and when I found this one I decided this might fit what I was looking for. I am so glad that I grabbed this when I did, it is a simple and classic design that will go with just about any bathroom style or decor. The handle moves smoothly from off to on, and cold to hot. The water flow is excellent and even though I have some pressure issues with water, it didn't seem to affect the flow in this faucet. Please note that the faucet spout is stationary and does not move from side to side after installation. The faucet feels and looks like it is built with quality in mind. The chrome type shiny finish gives it a classy look, but I can already tell I will constantly be wiping water spots off, this is what happens if you like that particular look, which I do. The water spots did wipe off easily with a dry paper towel and left the faucet looking shiny and clean. I had to use my existing waste line drain, because I didn't realize when I got this that is was only designed for a sink with an overflow drain, which my bathroom sink does not have, but this was a minor issue and did not affect the functionality of the faucet! Overall, I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend if you are looking for this type of item.

was looking to replace the facet in my small bathroom. I wanted a good quality facet…not one of the cheap ones you find at the big box stores. I was familiar with the Pfister name, so I ordered this one, the Cantara. And I must say, I am glad I did. This is a quality bathroom faucet. The body is all metal….not plastic like on most of the ones you see out there today. And the fittings are solid brass…again, no plastic. You tell the quality when you pick it up….this faucet is very heavy. The finish is absolutely beautiful. It’s a smooth polished chrome with no blemishes or rough spots in it whatsoever. It’s actually more reflective than my mirror. I’m not too crazy about the included drain trap….it’s cheap plastic. I’m lucky I was able to use my old one. And unfortunately, there is stem to operate the drain stopper included with the faucet….again I had to use my old one. Installation was super simple….it took me all of 15 minutes to install. It took longer to get the old faucet out. The faucet’s operates very smoothly. The valves control the water flow perfectly. And the faucet handles are comfortable to use. The spout does not turn side to side, though. You get the impression it might by the score along the base. It would be a nice plus if it did. I’m very satisfied with this faucet. The faucet itself is quality even though the included accessories aren’t. I can recommend it.

This is my 4th faucet in a few years. this replaced a Moen which has been in use for most of those years. That was good, this is great! A critical requirement to install in my countertop is a long threaded shaft to reach all the way through the countertop and cabinet (deck). The Pfister fit that bill perfectly. With that out of the way, my first issue with installing the Pfister faucet is the thickness of the nylon braided hoses. These are much thicker and harder to work with than stainless steel braided hoses. The Pfister is the only faucet I've used that has these. For all the solid technology and components in this faucet, these hoses were a cheap copout. The installation was unnecessarily frustrating. Pfister omitted including a simple tool that would make the installation in minutes. Instead, it took me more than 45 minutes of contorted, knuckle banging frustration only able to tightened the securing nut 1/16 turn at a time. I have the tools for installing faucets but the thickness of the nylon hoses made it difficult to get a bite on the tightening nut. I've included the fantastic tool Moen includes (which sadly didn't fit over the nut on the Pfister and the Moen nut has different threads). I've included a picture of that tool. I hope Pfister is looking at this! Other than the installation, the faucet is fantastic. Exceptionally smooth movement due to the high quality components used in the construction. The sealing gasket between the faucet in countertop is nearly invisible and designed to securely seat in the base of the faucet. The instructions lacked clarity on which side should be against the countertop. however, it only seats in the faucet one way. Still the instructions should be unambiguous. Operationally, the faucet works perfectly. The blade function on the sprayer head is really strong. It does cause a lot more splashing and probably more water since it is fun blasting stuff of pots and plates. All three settings have great pressure and work great. I appreciate the ability to remove the center screen to clean any particles that may collect in the screen! I do wish the sprayer head had an option to stop the flow. The Moen had that. I used that all the time rinsing and moving dishes to the drying rack. I would absolutely buy this or another Pfister faucet again. My issues were not enough to reduce from5 to 4 stars though the installation difficulty could have dropped the rating.

Some idiot decided to alter the design, and now it is impossible to put together. I had installed the same 3-handle set in another bathroom, ordered the 2-handle kit and the stem extenders needed to secure the handles do not go deep enough into the handles recesses to sit securely. See pic. Old on on the left, there's still some depth in the handle for it to sit on the stem securely. On the right is the 'new' design - no way it would lock onto the stem. WTF pfisteroutlet.com/Pfister? Did anyone actually try to see if this would work before selling?

We installed this faucet in our guest room bath. It was installed by a licensed plumber about a month ago so I can't speak to ease of installation. The faucet looks fabulous and is a good value for the price.

This worked perfectly in our fifth wheel camper. We are at a permanent site now and needed a bigger sink and faucet. Great purchase wonderful quality item.

We love this faucet! We did a full kitchen renovation and I looked for months for the perfect faucet. Read zillions of reviews. Originally, I planned to do SS to match the sink, but I really fell in love with the mixed metal look. Our sink is on the corner and our sink is 30” x 19” so we wanted a big faucet. This is perfect. Our plumber installed it easily. We’ve been using it a month and love just as much as we did on day one. My husband was amazed with how useful the features are. The magnet holds tight. It looks and works really great! We love how it swivels 360 degrees around. With a corner sink, we will use that feature. Great price too! The packaging was well done.

I can’t wait to put this in our half bath! It’s so gorgeous and very good quality. I even love that it comes with the drain stopper in gold too! Very excited.

How can this piece replace the 951-039? The 039 is held on with a hair pin type clip, What secures this metal version, I see no clip, is there a quick connect at the top, out of view?

Product came in fast and in great condition. I was able to install it in 5 minutes and have my sink up and running again.

The images and descriptions are misleading. The length is NOT 2.2inches. More like 1.25inches. The part number on the bag is the same as in the description so I don't believe it to be a labeling error.

The large silver female end connector is not on the product I received. See attached picture. This will not fit my sprayer. I need to return or exchange this for one that matches your picture. This item is useless to me

This is a very attractive faucet. Looks like it costs more than it does. I especially like that the faucet swivels so I can rinse all areas of the sink. The pop-up drain is a nice feature as well and it was not difficult to install.

His faucet works great with the "Houzer 1515-6BS-1 Hospitality Series Topmount Stainless Steel 2-Holes Bar/Prep Sink". We installed it in out enclosed trailer in the counter and was very easy to install. It's a good height to do dishes and wash hands.
