  • As the title implies, this is the trim kit ONLY. If you don't already have a Pfister product installed (and even if you do and want to ensure you can install and don't need to order something else!) you MUST order order the correct Pfister valve system as well. That seems to be the number one complaint, and to be fair, most people on here have probably watched a few videos online and are doing ti themselves and do not know this. This is a heavy, high quality product (the low price is due to the fact it doesn't include the valve system - not that it is a cheap product). Handles rotate smoothly and water flow is more than adequate for a large tub. We have had no issues with dripping. It's also very large size wise. It is large enough to sit on a lip from the wall and fill our stand-alone tub without getting water anywhere else. Overall, we'd recommend this to others. Just be aware you'll more than likely want to order the valve system as well.

At first I thought I had to change out the entire body, meaning unscrewing the nut from underneath the countertop (and behind the sink). Very painful process! Then I realized I just needed to change the valve itself. For me, the valve handle would spin round and round, not stop at a quarter turn for open/close. So I simply took off the one nut on top, extracted the valve and the broken pieces (see photo) and put the new one in and tightened it down. One nut and WAY easier than replacing the whole thing!

  • This bathroom vanity faucet was very easy to install & the bronze tone matches my remodeled bath perfectly. I would recommend this product to add a stunning appearance to any bath.

  • Looks and feels good, not flimsy or cheap-like. Water pressure is good, easy to install. Came with all needed parts and everything worked in right out of the box. It can extend more than the old one, in addition to having more shockingly, powerful water pressure and amount. Overall this is an excellent value and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love the towel bar. Not rounded like most but more of a square. Love the finish and the fittings to attach to the wall.

  • The project was to add a handheld sprayer to an existing fiberglass tub/shower unit on a low budget. This is the only purchase option I found on pfisteroutlet.com for less than $50 where the chrome trim and recessed valve are sold together. This diverter valve has 4-ports and 1- 1/2" threaded brass plug is supplied to block off the unused port. The front end of the shower wall was accessible from the opposite side. The sheetrock was cut to access the 1/2" PEX piping to the existing upper shower head. A hole saw was used to drill a hole for mounting the diverter valve, and a 2nd hole for the $20 Weirun_G-80210 handheld sprayer hose connector & head holder. When installed, the 1/2" PEX water supply was piped to the bottom port and 1/2" brass male adapter. The top port was plugged using the supplied 1/2" threaded brass plug. From the back, the left side port was piped to the handheld wall connector, and the right to the existing shower head. A 2X4 wood brace was added between wall studs to secure the diverter valve piping. The entire project cost about $70 that included the Pfister 015-38BC diverter valve, Werun sprayer connector/holder, 3 - 1/2" male PEX adapters, 1 - 1/2" PEX 90 ell, 5 ft - 1/2" PEX pipe, 1/2" cinch rings. No water leaks were found. The sheetrock removed for access was re-used to close the hole, joints taped, sanded, and painted. Mixing chrome fittings with existing brushed nickel was not very noticeable, and not justified to spend $100's+ to change the trim.

  • This Pfister Bruxie bathroom faucet is very nice. It looks elegant and premium, the fit-and-finish and build quality are great, and the installation is straightforward and simple. It's not nice just because it's a product from Pfister. Pfister produces several different tiers of faucets at different price points and, unfortunately, their lower-priced product offerings can be, quite frankly, crappy and not long-lasting at all. But if you move up a few price points, like to this Bruxie faucet level, then both the quality and durability of the product greatly increases. This product is on the expensive side but the coin is worth it if you want something longer-lasting and more durable. 5 stars.

  • This product looks great. Wasn’t difficult to install as long as you take your time and do it right. Also had a great experience with customer service. Upon initial installation had a minor leak. Contacted customer service and after providing in detail the issue with the one faucet leaking they sent the parts that fixed the issue. Took a little bit longer but am sufficiently happy and would definitely recommend the line of Pfister products.

  • Just installed this today and it works despite the pathetically poor instruction sheets that are super confusing and really don’t explain anything well. I have had instruction sheets written in Chinese that are better than these. I am an accomplished DIY’er and can say these are the worst instructions I have ever seen. Several models and several languages all on one set of instructions doesn't work. Maybe if you are a professional plumber and have installed this set 5 times already you’ll be OK. The online video is a tad better but not much. Good luck, read them 5 times, watch the video, and hope for the best of luck. You’re gonna need it. Then after installing I turned on the shower and was dismayed to see that the short shower head tube causes the shower head to drain directly onto the control handle and tub spout when you shut it off. Really Pfister, you couldn’t have made this a few inches longer to prevent this? I called them and they directed me to a longer tube on their website for an additional $138. That makes this whole purchase a very bad deal, one I now wish I had never made. I am sorely tempted to rip this all out and return it. Don’t make the same mistake I did, buy some other brand. This one isn’t worth it.

  • Too light compared to my other hardware. However, they are mostly covered by the handtowel. Could have more of a hook to stabilize the towel, but is OK if you fool with the towel placement. Not really worth the price.

Everything looks and feels high quality. Would recommend. Note that you’ll need to get the valve and plumb that prior to installing this stuff. I got this set with the recommended valve (the one with the stops built in. I used a YouTube channel called “Got2Learn” to learn how to plumb it in and got to work. It took me about 4 hours to do the valve, and once that was done the actual stuff you’re buying here is pretty self explanatory.

  • See pic for how far the spout reaches - about 7.5 inches from middle of collar

  • It has good quality, with a thick steel base and a smart design featuring a flexible head for easy use. The bottom part is well-made but of average quality. Improving the material on the bottom of the showerhead would make it feel softer and more comfortable. Despite this, the overall quality is solid, making it a reliable choice.
