Arrived and began installation only to notice the top pipe portion of faucet was bent downwards and no way damaged in shipping but rather a manufacturing issue and lacking quality control. I saw another review with this exact same issue. Hope the second one arrives straight.
Really tied the hole thing together. It had a fair amount of adjustment to get everything installed. Looked good.
This is a quality faucet. It's fairly easy to install, and comes with new water lines and two different mounting options (with our without a base plate.) The finish is great and not something you see on every other 'bronze' faucet. The sprayer and pull down both work flawlessly. Highly recommended!

love my new gold shower faucets. My plumber didn't have to use the valve that came with it because I ordered this same brand that was on before. He changed it within minutes. The water pressure is great also, and the color matched my shower gold hardware. I love it!
I’m in the middle of an extensive home renovation. I doing 2 full baths from the studs. I really want to keep things clean and simple. I like that this can be used in a single-hole or 4” spread via the included plate. I’m installing it using the single hole configuration because that’s the cleanest look for me. I’ve always had an affinity for matte black. I’m thrilled to have that option in faucets. I really appreciate the easy connection design. Install is a snap. They include a pop-up drain. That’s nice and eliminates the need for connection rods. That’s a mess. Pfister offers a Lifetime guarantee and their phorever seal guarantee. I feel confident installing a name like Phister. I trust I’ll be using this faucet 20-25 years from now. Still enjoying the matte black color. The body of the faucet has an impressive weight to it. Sealing gasket included as well. This is a 2 thumbs up for me for quality and fantastic looks.
We changed out all our bathroom toilet holders for these. Amazingly made- very sturdy. So sturdy in fact- we also bought some to use as hand towel holders. Hate the round 1980's ones that bunch the towels and look tacky, so when I saw how well made these were, I decided to use them as both TP holders and towel holders. Works beautifully.

My rental house is over a century old and the old faucet was leaking and the temperature was harder to adjust than a bad attitude. Bought this because it was the same coat as the aftermarket one. Only bummer is there was no tool included to get the old valve seats out so I had to run out and buy a seat wrench. The kit went right in and I'm really pleased. No more leaks and no more getting frozen or cooked when making the smallest adjustments.
The picture with this product is misleading. The kit being sold here does not come with a shower head. Save yourself a lot of money and order elsewhere. I've attached a picture of what you are really getting.
Build Quality The faucet is well made and meets my expectations for quality. The base and valve handle are substantial and feel sturdy / well made. The faucet head works well and has two spray patterns.. The only thing I felt a little suprised by was how light weight the top portion (u shaped pivoting head) is, however it is sturdy so Im not really concerned about durability. Installation This is by fare the easiest sink I've ever installed. You won't have to climb under the sink and tighten a nut with impossibly close quarters to install -- instead, this sink lets you tighten the sink using a tool from the top of the sink (see pictures 8,9). It is so much easier than what you usually have to do and made installation much quicker. Use The sink looks and works great. The faucet head glides into position correctly every time due to the V shaped channels in the receiver and head (shown in picture 3) The pressure is great, the top portion turns easily and the valve has the perfect amount of resistance and has a very easy satisfying one hand operation that allows you to quickly and efficently set both temp and flow in a single motion. Final thoughts This is a great faucet I highly recommend -- especially for its easy installation.

Item was packed by pfisteroutlet.com ok but ordered item inside had been previously opened and stapled closed. I expected new unopened item for the price paid. Almost wonder if it had been used. Never stated in listing that it had been opened.
