  • Great quality and nice looking shower head with the perfect amount of flow. I was debating on a rain shower head but we live in Arizona and are practically in a drought so this seemed like the better choice

  • I ordered this bottle just over a year ago (Oct 15,2018). I came home from work to find it broken off. I ordered this to replace a different bottle that broke in a similar way.

This Retainer sleeve works great in combination with the retro-fit kit and a new face plate kit. What worked for me - The Avante valve in my shower and bath had SHWR 7105 brass valve body in the wall. I needed a new cartridge - then a the retro-fit kit to replace the 27 year old plastic parts (that I broke). The retro-fit kit is not compatible with the old faceplate :(. So I ended up just refurbishing everything. Here is the parts list: All available on pfisteroutlet.com :) Pfister S742920 Avanti Cartridge $21 Pfister 9319300 09 Series Trim Retrofit Kit $21 Pfister 972-300A Retainer Sleeve, Polished Chrome $20 Pfister 960-045A Round Wall Flange, Polished Chrome $36 DANCO Waterproof Food Grade Silicone Grease $4 All together, this is expensive (~$100), but surprisingly, these are all superior quality to the original parts from 1992 and when you finish, you essentially have a completely new setup. I hope this helps others with similar projects.

contacted pfister for a replacement of the plastic core that had a hairline fracture. Nope, you have to buy the whole damn assembly. unprofessional garbage. This part is CLEARLY a replaceable part that can and will get damaged in time. The ceramic valve is replaceable though, go figure. Time to research a better widespread bathroom sink faucet. I want to avoid pfister if I can. 35 dollars just to replace a 3 inch plastic straw, unbelievable.

  • I have always been happy with Pfister products, but this particular set is really high end. I could tell as soon as I opened the box that this faucet was of excellent quality. The finish on every piece is perfect. The movement of the valve and handle, downspout shutoff, and shower head adjustment are all supper smooth. The tub downspout is nice and heavy and attaches with the modern O-ring / set screw system which allows you to connect it to most any length copper pipe extending from the valve. This eliminates the tedious process of making sure the pipe is exactly the right length. The push button mechanism to switch from the downspout to the shower head works smoothly and completely turns the water off at the downspout when engaged. The valve handle is heavy as well and threads onto the valve with an attached threaded housing. This design is far nicer than the ones that attach with either a screw behind a cap in the end or a set screw in the side. The connection is secure and there is little chance the handle will ever become lose. The twisting action of the handle within the housing makes it evident that it is well engineered. The shower head has 5 settings. It clicks into place at each setting and provides ample options and water flow. I also like that you do not have to purchase the valve and trim kit separately, as this kit includes all of those components. I guess one has to be a little nerdy to get excited about a shower faucet, but.... this thing is really nice.

I have been trying to find this aerator for a while, since the sink faucet is discontinued. This was a perfect match for my old, rusted and broken one. Perfect fitting as well.

As I previously sai,d easy to install

  • We have three similar Pfister faucets in our home and love them. They stay clean and shiny and have not required any repairs in the ten years we have had them in the house. We live in a rural setting and have hard water even with a water softener present there is still some hardness and minerals that are present. The faucets still work as smoothly as they did when new. For these reasons, I bought the Pfister faucets to replace ones that were starting to fail at our business. I was sceptical about the drain that comes with this faucet. It is not the traditional pop-up that has a push rod to open and close the drain. I had not planned on replacing the drain assembly, but had to with the new design which did not include an operating rod for the existing drains. This unit comes with a plastic drain assembly (not metal) with a push button drain. The plastic parts are heavy duty. Operating the drain is just and easy push the drain plug to close and push again to open. Wow, this was easy to install and did not require any plumbers putty or silicone to seal it in the three sinks that received new faucets. No leakage using just the rubber seals included with the drain assembly! See image from instructions.

  • No quality control

  • So cute and fits well in our vintage tile bath. Our home was built in 1930 and we were looking to do a bathroom update that didn’t make the vintage black and white tile look out of place. I searched high and low for a minispread faucet that would give me the clean look of a widespread faucet without replacing our pedestal sink. We put this faucet on a 4ā€ centerset drilled sink and didn’t use the bottom plate that gives it the ā€œcentersetā€ faucet look. Beautiful! This faucet wasn’t so large that it overwhelmed the small pedestal sink, which I was afraid of. Faucet itself is high quality and heavy.

  • Looks great, only had it for a couple weeks but so for works great and was easy to install. It came with soap dispenser and I put dishwashing liquid in it and really like the convenience of just pushing the pump and being able to wash a sink full or one pan at a time.

  • This was just what we were hoping for. It is a beautiful finish, quality components, and the size is just right for our large kitchen sink. Works well. The water flow is perfect and we can easily flip from normal output to spray.

  • Made the bathroom a real winner for the condo sale

  • I looove this faucet! And for the price, EVEN MORE SO! We opted to keep everything standard in our new home & replace stuff as we go. I’ve always wanted a matte black kitchen faucet so I researched, saved a ton, & eventually decided on the Pfister. Water pressure is great, it fits perfectly in my kitchen sink, value was awesome since I got it used but product was in perfect condition — the box had some tears but that was it. It was easy to assemble & it’s just the right height. It’s also easy to clean! Highly recommend!!!
