We had a kitchen faucet that we paid a lot of money for and never was able to get it to work properly. I bought this one and it’s absolutely perfect. The sprayer hose is a little cumbersome until you use it a good bit and then it loosens up, which is good. I would purchase again if I needed to. Highly recommend.
If you have a Pfister crystal looking ball handle it can be replaced with this upgraded handle. I was worried I would have to buy the retro-fit kit, this handle kit has everything you need. This was a perfect install and great quality parts.
Great, heavy faucet! Looks exactly as pictured. It swivels which is nice if maneuvering large pots, etc. I just recently had it installed in our new bar but it looks and feels very well made. It was packaged really well too. Looks great with our traditional but updated look. Would definitely recommend.

- this tub shower kit includes 2 hot cold stems “910-013” - kit includes 1 diverter stem “910-022” - includes 3 seats “970-500” Price Pfister makes quality bath and shower kits and the parts can be found at Home Depot. It’s great to find a brand that makes a quality item that doesn’t need to be special ordered. It took me a while to figure out what stem and handle I had and what I was going to need. The box for this tub and shower remodeling kit doesn’t explain what item numbers you’re getting… so please do yourself a favor and look at the picture in my review where you can see a photo of the exact items included in the kit. With the right tools you can easily uninstall the old handle/stem/seat you have and replace it with the ones in this kit. I recommend a 31/32” shower valve socket wrench (husky makes one that fits 29/32 and 31/32 in hex valves. Got mine at HD for $8). Also recommend a seat wrench. I like the husky T handle faucet seat wrench. Can also be found at HD for $19.) get some Oatey’s plumber’s putty too and you’re good to go!
After four months of use in the toilet our grandkids use frequently, this TP holder passes with flying colors. No more TP rolls on the floor. This holder is totally fit to purpose. This elegant TP holder comes with excellent instructions. It's a good idea to follow the instructions and to use the installation template. They are flawless. The holder is 7 inches wide, about an inch wider than lower end items. It looks great, as you can see. The TP holder's bar bends upward to allow you to install a roll (see photo).
Replaced old hose guide that had cracked. Putting on this new one took about 5 minutes. The nickel finish is extremely close to the original so for the price I’m happy.
So many parts missing! Missing “D” “H” and the stop that rewinds the spray is missing. Unable to return because it cast me $200 to have it installed. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I purchased this same faucet for my master bathroom around 8 or so years ago and have been very happy with it so I thought this would be the same. A lot of suttle differences really cause this one to look cheap. After spending another $15 for water lines I got it installed rather easily and it works fine. Water pressure seems a little weak and water stands around the drain unless you wipe it out. And speaking of the pop up drain , the manufacturer didn’t even want their name on it like the older ones did ! Too much trouble to bother sending back but probably won’t keep it long. To update my review. Every time I go in my bathroom I regret not sending it back based on how cheap it looks ! I even went back and looked at the videos that they show you advertising it and it is not even the same as showing in one of them ! Look closely. Deceitful !
I priced these at Lowe’s, Home Depot and Menards. The prices were ridiculous, and there was nothing even remotely close to the quality of the look unless you were willing to pay $250. I found this set and purchased with no hesitation. The shine is bling, and it’s super easy to clean. It lends a nice polished look to your shower without the cost. Ive had this for awhile and I have no regrets. I purchased another set for an additional property.
Nov 13, 2019 I am adding current photo. It has gotten so much worse since I posted last. I installed this in June 2016. This is what it looks like now. It is all peeling off. I have Kohler brand for the main faucet on the same sink. Nothing has happened to that. It still looks like new. I will never buy this brand again.
I purchased the faucet when I remodeled my kitchen. It's been less than a year and a section on the hot water side is peeling. I'm very disappointed. Not not only do I have to purchase a new one, I'll have to pay someone to install it. Following up - the peeling is worse. I haven't purchased a new one yet, because I had exhausted my remodel budget. The faucet is so bad now, that I've decided to suck it up and call a handy man to replace. My daughter is purchasing a new vanity for her home and I told her not to by purchase a Pfister faucet.
Plumber installed so I can't address ease of installation. It does prevent scalding, but I like my baths hot so need to figure out how to adjust temperature control.
