Works fine, replacing after 5 years because plastic stop failed which makes the valve stop at the 'off' position. Otherwise valve still worked drip free. I am mainly reviewing to add photo's and show new design. The valve body has been changed significantly but is still a suitable replacement. It is visibly different than the valve that it replaces as some of the brass has been eliminated and replaced with plastic. Since the new plastic section only holds the escutcheon, I don't see that it is a significant downgrade. There is no functional change however it will require different tools than the original. The old design had brass hex which protruded out from the wall and could easily be removed with 1" wrench or deep socket, the new design has brass hex flush with the diverter therefore it will probably be recessed in the wall for most installations. Standard 1" deep-well socket will not reach.

When I googled and tried to cross reference the Pfister 974-322 cartridge number, the part number 974-0420 seemed to be the correct replacement and was deemed a universal replacement for many cartridges. However... it is about 3mm longer than the original 974-322. Hard to tell in the pic, but the Gray replacement is longer and does not seat all the way into the brass receiver block. When I first installed it, I checked for leaks and it was fine, but after a few days it started leaking around the large O-Ring at the front inside the wall.

  • This faucet was beautiful and is a matte black finish. Super high quality faucet and comes with a drain to install as well. Highly recommend

  • There are LOTS of options out there for bathroom fixtures. I went with a no-name brand for the sink and I regretted it. I went with this for the shower because it is a very clean, simple look. AND there was a lower price on one that had damage to the packaging. I really like the look of this! I had a plumber install the new valve, but installed the rear myself and it was straightforward and easy. The valve adjustment was simple. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

  • This was a great upgrade for our old bathroom. Took out 30 year old brass faucet set with ceramic handles that was a dated look. For a very reasonable price we purchased this set. The brushed gold color is soft and light, not a harsh gold color. It really made a difference to the bathroom. Easy to install.

This worked great for us. The sink assembly was from roughly 20 years ago, I had to replace the cold side. Upon installing the cold assembly, the original hose would not slide up the post exposing the notches for the clip. So I had to buy a new hose. Then the new hose didn’t fit over the hot assembly, so I had to buy this one, for the hot side. Works perfect!

This is a good quality replacement hose. Unfortunately, it didn't quite fit our spray nozzle, as we could not figure out which model we have. Turns out if you are very careful, you can remove the hose from the nozzle connector, and replace it with the original nozzle connector. YAY! It works!!! I was desperate, to say the least, because my 2 year old faucet was still in great shape, it just had a leaky hose. To remove the end you need an allen wrench, can't remember the size, fairly large one. Remove the nut, then the little plastic piece. Under that is a rubber o-ring and a little plastic washer. The hard part is removing the compression ring from around the ball end. We got it out by holding the fitting with the hose sticking out the top and wiggled it up and down till the plastic piece fell down, then used a small screwdriver to hold the ring while pulling the hose out.

  • Gorgeous and the touchless feature is awesome! It is a bit temperamental but still worth it!

  • The Pfister Barulli Kitchen Faucet has been a fantastic upgrade to my kitchen. The high arc design gives plenty of clearance for large pots and pans, while the pull-down sprayer is versatile and easy to use. It has good water pressure and switches smoothly between spray and stream modes. The included soap dispenser is a nice touch and adds to the convenience. The Spot Defense Stainless Steel finish really helps keep the faucet looking clean, resisting fingerprints and water spots. The faucet feels durable, and the single-handle design makes it easy to control both water temperature and flow. Installation was simple, and it looks stylish and modern in my kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, attractive faucet!

I love this shower trim kit so much I used it in two of my bathrooms. One has chrome and the otehr is brushed nickel. We have had them both for about two years with no issues and they still look and function great. I just love the wide showerhead and have gotten many complements from guests. The price is fantastic for this quality.

  • The finish wore off at the base of the faucet. This was purchased in February 2023. The look is attractive and functionality is not in question.

  • This attractive Shower Head will enhance any bath area. It is Brushed Nickel and most shower arms are chrome. I did not find the contrast to be distracting and thought to be a nice addition. You can make your own judgement from the picture of the installed head. Where we installed this Shower Head the location is at the end of the towns water supply delivery. It is adequate and not underpowered but not a pressure that works well with the newer water saving devices. So to that end the small black rubber “ o “ ring was removed before installation. This is easy but you might want to try first on your system to determine if you are satisfied with the water saving flow feature. If not, remove the screen washer and then just the rubber “o” ring being careful not to break the blue plastic. After removal replace the screen washer the same way as removed and you are now ready to install the head on the shower arm. Pfister makes a BIG point of stating that you should use Teflon Tape that is NOT included for installation. They could cut back on the printing or some of the packaging and include the small amount of tape required for installation. The cost to them is minimal but the least expensive I found was $1.00 plus tax. Now I have enough tape to install at least 100 or more Shower heads! In my estimation a ridiculous omission and an unnecessary additional expense. The Pfister LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY is very nice BUT you should read the fine print before you throw away the box, the Warranty Statement and Sales Slip. Although it a offers Lifetime protection it is very specific about what must be done on the part of the user to actually obtain the Warranty Service. If the product is used in a Commercial Application the Warranty is limited to Ten Years. I think this is a very good warranty and you probably will have to look long and hard to match its features! Operation of the Shower Head in all modes I found to be effortless. You do need to use two hands to move the lever from one mode to the next. But this also allows you to select a blending mode in between two different modes for a custom experience. With the flow restrictor “o” ring removed the flow was more than adequate. In fact in one rain fall mode it might be a little strong for those with delicate sensitivity. Not a problem however as a simple slight movement of the lever adjust the flow to a desired level. Overall, it looks to be of quality construction. The installation was flawless with no problems of the new threads screwing onto the older Shower arm. Once you get past having to obtainTeflon Tape for installation and the omission of any information about the flow restrictions and understanding the “ limits “ of the Warranty you should have years of trouble free service and Shower enjoyment! Recommended!

  • This is a very attractive faucet. It installs mostly from the top. The only connections you have to make under the sink are the water connections. It comes with a special tool that enables you to screw the faucet to the sink from above. You also have to slide the spout onto the base from above, but I found that part a bit difficult. If the parts aren't aligned exactly, it's very difficult to slide on. I bought it mostly because of the finish warranty. I replaced a faucet from another company that was installed less than a month and had already started to rust.

  • I purchased this as a replacement cartridge for my Pfister LF049DK00 Treviso 2-Handle 8" Widespread Bathroom Faucet. I found the correct part number for this faucet on the Pfister site so I had confidence that this was the correct replacement part. However, this replacement part was NOT the correct part. The original cartridge was much thinner such that the replacement would not fit in the housing. Obviously care is needed when determining whether or not this part is the correct one since information of the Pfister site can be incorrect. The attached photo shows the original "slim" cartridge and the new "too fat" cartridge rests next to it on the plastic wrap with the red ring on the top.

  • I used this valve to divert the water from my primary shower head to the overhead (rain) head, and back. You have to cap one of the ports of this diversion valve, but it wasn't obvious which port to cap. I blew into the ports and changed the valve direction until I figured out which one needed to be capped. I had already assembled my shower valve and shower head when I decided to modify. I cut the copper leading to the shower head and inserted the valve. The blue line on the left now goes to the overhead and the red line on the right goes to the main head. Hope this helps!
