  • We originally had all Delta faucets in our house, but have been installing Pfister faucets and we love them! We've had this a few months now and couldn't be happier. They are way more sturdy than even the construction grade of Delta. The black mat finish is beautiful and easy to keep clean and free of fingerprints. There is a guard where the hose slides in/out on the bottom of the metal tube that prevents the hose from being shredded. The water pressure is so much better than our last faucet! The different direction the sprayer pulls out takes a little getting used to, but I actually like it better. Install was fairly simple and straightforward. Zero complaints about this purchase. I highly recommend this faucet.

  • Cheap. Less than a year and the whole faucet just fell off. I can’t identify any abuse it has sustained. This is the 2nd major issue we’ve had with it in a short time. It’s a shame, because is so pretty!

  • Faucet is nice and heavy, mostly metal/copper parts in assembly. Looks nice in a “country” powder room I’m renovating.

First of all, this faucet is beautiful! I just had it re-installed yesterday, so I actually haven't had a chance to really even use it. I would give it five stars based solely on the look of it. However, my plumber had an awful time installing this and apparently there was a gasket that did not fit correctly (hence the four-star rating). He uninstalled the original faucet and sent it back. Returning it was very easy and we got a new one within days. I'm hoping it was just a fluke with the first one and that I have no issues with the new one. I plan to take many baths in my new tub!

  • This worked great for us. The sink assembly was from roughly 20 years ago, I had to replace the cold side. Upon installing the cold assembly, the original hose would not slide up the post exposing the notches for the clip. So I had to buy this new hose. Then the new hose didn’t fit over the hot assembly, so I had to buy the hot side. After both were installed it worked perfectly.

It works, but get ready for the fight of your life. I'll save you three trip to the hardware store, you will likely need a 1" 6pt deep socket (12pt does not work) and a breaker bar to get the old one off. You can see how corroded the original cartridge was.

  • This is gorgeous!!! Looked at my local big box store and couldn't find one like it for under 130$

  • We hired a handy man to install this, the instructions were super clear and he had no problem replacing our 3 hole faucet to this single one. It is a nice upgrade, the material feels stylish and durable. the water flow is also smooth. The material is not free of water stain though.

  • We love our new Pfister faucet. It looks sleek and stylist and is good quality. The water pressure is the best it's ever been. The sprayer works great and stays put in it's resting place. Would definitely buy again.

I ordered two of these faucets and they both came with noticeable scratches down the length of one side. Seems like poor packaging by the manufacturer and cheap thin chrome plating that is easily scratched. I also noticed a grinding noise when turning the handle side to side. Not what I would expect from a well made faucet. Oh well, live and learn. Back to pfisteroutlet.com you go.

  • Many compliments on its look

  • I love these faucets! Easy to clean and I love the chrome look.

  • It seems fairly easy to install and use product. However, it can turn into a nightmare if you do not pay attention to the type, make and model of the valve assembly underneath. You must be comfortable caulking the trims properly for sealing it. A video showing the gaps and steps to install will improve the ease of information. It is somewhat unintuitive to understand the purpose of rings and washers. I had difficulty understanding the reason for the gap between the trim and the handle.

  • Elegant color but you can’t remove the spigot To use the spring like other brands thats a deal breaker for me

Nicely made. We replaced a Moen Cia that was leaking. This is a larger faucet set and is in much better proportion to the bathtub overall. Very pleased with the quality. Every description of the item online notes that Pfister valves are needed. They’re under $100. This is pretty standard any time you buy a bath filler. Read your descriptions, people.
