Unfortunately threading was not correct size. Purchased with hopes it would be. Bottle appears to be okay material but returning ASAP.

This part is designed differently than the original OEM part 900-007 for the 49 series faucet that I purchased in 2006. It however does fit and works as expected but you need to install it differently from what the original instructions indicate. To help others I created a quick tutorial that hopefully saves you some time and frustration.

Great looking faucet, but after 4 months, it has started leaking water at the swivel "ball" on the spigot. Now I discovered the quick attachment connection for the sprayer is bad, and my entire under sink cabinet is water soaked. Very disappointed in what I thought what a high-end, high quality faucet.

The large silver female end connector is not on the product I received. See attached picture. This will not fit my sprayer. I need to return or exchange this for one that matches your picture. This item is useless to me

This has been installed on our kitchen sink for about 5 months. Love the water pressure! Significant increase over our previous model. Price was worth the cost for the easy install. Cleans easy by just wiping it down. Install was super easy. Hardest part was removing the old faucet. Height of the faucet is great for washing and filling larger pots. Easy to use for my severely arthritic mother or my 9yo son. Would absolutely buy this again. Magnetic fittings are remaining tight. Still looks as sharp as the day it was installed.

We are building a house and this pipe is missing for the shower head. Can someone please contact me to fix this error. It never came in the box. Thank you

I initially saw this faucet at Home Depot or Lowes and decided to look for it on pfisteroutlet.com b/c it was just lovely. It was so much less expensive and I believe I purchased it used and it was perfect! It has a very tall neck and the arch of it is very goosed so if installed far toward the back of the sink near the wall like mine is then the stream of water can be a bit far from the front of the counter where you're standing, which can make your back hurt if you're leaning in to be closer to the stream of water for a long period of time. I remedy this by tilting the Pull-Down faucet head toward me so that the water streams out at an angle toward the front of the sink. So if I'm standing at the sink for a long period of time I can stand straight up without leaning in hurting my back! You can see what I mean in 2 of the attached photos. Speaking of the pull-down faucet, I love that it pulls out really far and has two switch options - stream and spray. They both work great...a full strong stream and powerful enough spray setting. One other slight hiccup in my situation is the pull-out faucet hose is very long and I have limited space underneath in my small 24" sink cabinet base with the garbage disposal and water lines so the ball weight that attaches to the hose to automatically retract the hose and faucet back into the goose neck once pulled out was obstructed by the water lines & pipes underneath so it would get hung up all the time. The way I remedied this is I just chose not to use the ball weight. You can see what I mean in 1 of the attached photos. So I do have to replace the pull-out faucet manually when I pull it out instead of it automatically retracting due to the weight pulling it back in, but it is not at all a hassle or even noticeable. I did have to purchase plumber's putty, Teflon tape & two 20" braided stainless steel faucet connectors (3/8" X 1/2"), but I got the Fluid Master Click Seal ones and they worked so well and installed so quickly onto the supply lines. I'm a young woman but am very savvy when it comes to anything Home Improvement related so I watched a couple of YouTube videos and had this faucet installed in less than 30 minutes with no leaks or hitches on the first try. All in all this faucet comes highly recommended b/c it is just beautiful! See attached photos for details.

Description of the product states it is new. The box tells me otherwise.

Awesome fixture. My wife picked out this faucet, and I got the drop-in sink to go with it. The faucet is high, maneuverable and has a good spray. Easy to install.

So happy with this purchase and it looks beautiful on the cabinet we have - a little difficult to install but love the results

This is a very nice faucet. It is larger than my old one, so I had to get used to it, but it is so nice that I adjusted quickly! I especially love the finish, and the “spot resistant” claim really lived up to it’s description. I left water on the fixture on purpose to see what would happen. I could see where the water had dried, but it wiped away easily with a dry cloth. I love the pull down sprayer nozzle! It is really handy! It has a wide spray stream and can be used to spray down the whole sink. And the hose connected to it is weighted underneath the sink so it retracts on it’s own. The sprayer works great with one button on the nozzle turning it on and the other turning it off. The nozzle snap-locks back into place. It comes with a matching soap dispenser too, if you have a sink equipped for installing one. I love the flowing, elegant look of this fixture. It is so beautiful! I only gave it 4 stars for “easy to install”, because we had to purchase two connecting hoses to be able to properly install it. It would have been nice if they had been included with the fixture. I do, however, think this is a very beautiful faucet that really works well and I would definitely recommend it.

Product Comments: As other reviewers have stated, this faucet is good looking and doesn't hold fingerprints, which is really helpful. It feels solid, has smooth operation of the valves, and a good solid aerated stream as well. The styling is neutral yet elegant, and for me it replaced a far more tacky faucet that the home came with. I think there are few settings where the style of the faucet will conflict with the surroundings. I really like the faucet! Installation Tips: This faucet is, as the manufacturer asserts, easy to install. If you're installing in a new sink, this will be a breeze. However, if you're replacing an existing faucet, the hardest part will likely be the uninstall of the old one. Who knows how that thing is attached to the sink? You'll figure it out. The install instructions advise that plumber's putty can interfere with the seal of the drain, so don't use it--easy enough. But what you may not realize is that if your existing faucet install used plumber's putty, you'll want to scrape off the remnants after uninstall of the old faucet, particularly around where the sink interfaces with the new drain. I installed two of these, and both of them initially leaked from the drain due to this issue. Notice I'm still giving 5 stars: not Pfister's fault that there was putty on my sink drain. You likely won't have leaks from the valves--the faucet solves that problem pretty well. You can experience leaks from the drain due to putty as mentioned above, or from a less tight install of the drain. When reassembling the p-trap and drain, start from the top. Tighten the Pfister pop drain assembly onto your sink drain by hand, but get it as tight as you comfortably can. Next, proceed downward and tighten each seal of the plastic p-trap assembly (this is part of your original drain assembly, and carries the drainwater from your sink to your sewage system). After tightening the first seal below the drain assembly, move on to the next in the line and keep going until you've tightened all of them on the way to the wall. Walla: no leaks!

Very happy with item. High quality build. Great chrome finish. I installed myself and fairly straight forward. I did buy the pop up drain separately as I prefer that to the plunger type. The pop up drain also makes installation that much easier. Water flow is great.

This shower set is beautiful and well made, it looks high-end, but doesn’t cost a fortune like other brands. The finish is beautiful black matte, it looks good. Not sure why the sticky tape is exposed inside of the shower plate, but it doesn’t look tacky. The handle and the shower head are a little on the smaller side, compared to more luxurious options. Overall, it is a great set that comes with everything needed for installation.

Sold by: pfisteroutlet.com Shipped by: pfisteroutlet.com Prime Got this set to rebuild a 1970's era 2 valve stem bathtub faucet that had a leak. Wasn't sure who the manufacturer of the original unit was, but after removing the hot and cold stem, saw that they were marked "PP" and "3204". Figured that the "PP" was for Price Pfister, and after some internet sleuthing decided to try this rebuild kit. Turned out to be the correct replacement kit, so if your valve stems are similarly marked, this kit SHOULD work for you (although YMMV). I didn't need the diverter valve stem but I was happy just to get the correct parts for the hot/cold valves. Also nice that the valve seats are chromed brass, which might help to slow wear/prevent leaks. Some Lasco valve seats I also bought (to have some extras) aren't chromed, even though the pfisteroutlet.com pictures show them as chromed. The escutcheons and knobs complete the kit and look good. Very happy with this purchase.
