Well made, all functions work well but not an easy install so be sure to read all the directions carefully and be ready to spend some time installing it!

The faucet set looks great and I added the hand held shower head and sliding pole. Works great so far. Love it!

We ordered 4 items from Pfister. They all were ordered as brushed nickel. Each one was a different fade of brushed nickel. From light brushed nickel to a dark finish, to a slightly goldish but not gold, just a hint more gold than the others. No of these match, they are all different versions of brushed nickel. Almost like they are all different brands? But they are all Pfister ordered here on pfisteroutlet.com, all with offsetting brushed nickel. Totally unprofessional and useless to have offset all the finishes for the bathroom. Very disappointing. What happen Pfister. 1) Pfister Contempra Towel Bar 24” Brushed nickel Part Number BTB-NC2K (slight gold tint, lightly brushed nickel with slight gold.) 2) Pfister Contempra Towel Bar 18” Brushed nickel Part number BTB-NC1K (this is normal brushed nickel, what I'd expect they all should be) 3) Pfister BPHNC1K Contempra Toilet Tissue Holder, Brushed Nickel BPH-NC1K. (This is darker brushed nickel from the 18" towel bar.) 4) Pfister BRH-NC1K Contempra Robe Hook, Brushed Nickel BRH-NC1K (This brushed nickel finish has more of a zink light finish.) Non of the brushed nickel order matched, all different finishes, from a light zink brushed nickel to a light gold brushed nickel, to a dark metal brushed nickel to one normal brushed nickel. What in the world is going on here, disappointed.

Very disappointed in this faucet. It's very pretty but didn't hold up. We have this faucet in our summer home so really it's had less than a year of use and only two of us using it. It started to leak at the handle a day ago. It was a steady small stream running. Today the spout started to drip (a lot!) as well. I talked with someone at Pfister and they were happy to send out a new part. The wait for my part is 3-5 WEEKS! No way will I be able to put up with that much water leaking until then! We decided to just buy something else. Too bad.... We're out over two hundred dollars plus the price to get it installed. Don't buy!!

This is not made out of bronze. It was also wet on the inside like it was used before but I bought it new. I'm really confused. There's nothing bronze about this except maybe the color and it's the color of oil rubbed bronze and it's obviously a fake color and texture... It has a scratch pattern that was done with purpose this whole thing is fake. insultingly fake. In the description it lists the material as bronze. This thing is light as a feather.

Initially, it appeared to be good quality, but not totally happy. I wish the hose could be longer. The button for the spray function only stays active when there is adequate water pressure. This "adequate" water pressure causes water hammer when the button is activated (maybe it's issues with my 50's home plumbing?). At this level the pressure is is too high, causing excessive spray and splashing everywhere. Lastly, in less than 6 months the black finish started flaking off in places, causing rust to start. I am reaching out to the company for warranty support. Update: Pfister was able to replace the same item under warranty. The process was quick and easy but does not solve my problem. Replacing the item with one of matching quality might buy me another 6 months until I have the same problem.

After researching how to change a kitchen faucet cartridge I finally found the confidence that I could actually do the process without calling a plumber. So I purchase the cartridge and the parts that were needed and began the job. The most difficult part was taking the old cartridge out of the faucet. It had needed to be replaced and there was a good amount of hard water and crud making the removal tedious. However, after following the directions on the box and from the original manual, the cartridge was installed. The faucet no longer leaks. The part came quickly through the mail and arrived in good shape

The bath faucet is perfect! The water stream is great and strong. I would recommend this.

It took my son LESS THAN FIVE (5) minutes to install this handheld shower. There were no questions, no issues. And it was done! Now, I get to actually try it out first thing in the monring..

This valve is one of the better constructed ones I’ve used. Honestly, there’s a reason why it’s expensive. You get what you pay for. This valve is made with superior construction. I prefer the sweat connections for 1/2” copper pipe.

Bought two of these faucets. They feel of good quality out of the box and the valve itself is tight and responsive. However, the finish on BOTH faucets has degraded despite careful maintenance (wiping with a soft towel).

Great faucet and super modern look. Due to the way the water flows out of the large spout it's more of a waterfall effect compared to a standard faucet that comes out of a 1/2 opening and comes out with great force. No issues with install just make sure you have the pfister rough in valve.

A faucet is a faucet, right? I mean, it either looks good to you or not. And sure, it functions as it should - smooth handle movement and two spray choices among the pause function (depress a button)... so there's that expectation met. What I'll share are some installation details that are worth knowing. The lines coming out of the base are perfectly positioned THROUGH the threaded mounting connector. This is HIGHLY preferred over faucets that have a smaller diameter connector that only has one of the lines through it (meaning the other lines extend out alongside). That variation of line assembly SUCKS because lines outside of the threaded connector only make it more difficult to get a wrench around the tightening nut - an already difficult proposition with limited space behind an installed sink. So yeah, this faucet did it right with their line assembly. However, copper water line stub outs are short - they won't reach your water supply lines. Would have been much more desirable if this faucet were like others that have long enough lines to reach the water supply connections. So, be ready in advance with some extension hoses to connect between your water line connection and the copper stub out. On that note, the copper stub outs are 3/8" compression fittings that would otherwise connect at your water line connection behind the shutoff valve. While the stub outs can't reach, there are included adapters to transition that 3/8" compression fitting to a 1/2" FIP male connection. This will be easy enough to accommodate with an array of possible extension hoses that can be purchased... you'll be looking for a 1/2" FIP (female connector) to whatever your water line connection size compression fitting - usually a 1/2" or 3/8". As far as length, measure what you'll need to reach from your water supply connection to just below the base of your counter... again, the copper stub outs are short. So, Pfister - why not consider a longer copper stub out or addition of short extension lines ready to install? You shouldn't need more than 20" to reach most water supply connections. Update as of 1/1/2021 (just shy of 1 year later) - failed. Something in the main lever has broken such that water cannot flow. Might as well have cut off the supply lines - not a drip. Was running, then suddenly didn't work seconds later. House of 5 normal use for the 11 months it worked... will contact and see how they support and update here.

If you don’t have a pot filler, get one!!

This was perfect for our guest bath remodel. It came on time and in perfect condition no scratches. It works perfectly and the gold is a perfect color it's a brassy gold not a bright gold which was perfect for us
