My Pfister faucet has a yellow tab to remove the hose from the main water line to the faucet. I didn't have the manual and couldn't find an exact match online, so I made the decision to get this one even though it had a green tab. It fit perfectly despite the different colored tabs.

Great looking faucet with excellent output of water. This is the second time I have purchased Pfister fixtures and have been very pleased with the look and quality.

We installed these in four of our sinks. They are easy to install, work as expected and have stood up over time.

Worked great for my Pfister shower kit. I used the YouTube channel “Got2Learn” to learn how to plumb it. Plumbers want around $400-500 to install these, so it’s worth spending a $50 on a torch kit and accessories to just do it yourself if you have a couple hours to spend on YouTube learning how to cut and solder pipes.

Just remodeled our bathroom and love the look of this faucet. Easy to install and works great. Would recommend this product

At first I try to put all pieces together but they weren’t fitting in. So I was disappointed and I had stared a return . However this morning I decided to give it one more chance and it’s a Perfect fit!! All you need is a little string hand and here we have it!! I love it!! Now my sink looks amazing!! Thank you pfisteroutlet.com you always got my back❤️

I purchased two 24" and one 18" rack. At $50 per rack, these were poor quality and the mounting hardware was poorly designed as compared to other rack mounts.

Finally I bought the right part, I don’t like that it’s Crome but it has been so difficult to find all the right pieces so it is what it is. Also the threaded piece that the flang slides onto doesn’t stay. I think I will still have to silicone the flang on but at least it had one that fit and that will make it water tight

The material inside the handle was not good material and essentially corroded. Since the valve was extended (by some screw), the inside of the handle could not seat all the way (the hole was not deep enough) so the 'grip' from the handle to the stem was short. If we had cut the screw off to reduce the length of the stem, by maybe 1/3 inch then we would essentially be able to 'grip' the stem fully. But since this is a extended valve... the handle hole length could not compensate. I would have to agree with another 1 star review here. It is a bad design. Either push the 'gripper' from the inside of the hand up more (to compensate for the extension) or fix the material being made to a less corrosive material.

We remodeled our bathroom, was looking for the right fixture that’s going to match our design and final found this online…couldn’t find it in stores. Excellent quality, easy to install and well written directions. It’s perfect!

Great quality faucet that meets all my expectations. Easy push buttons on nozzle release spray or stream and handles the high water pressure in my home beautifully. The Matte finish Wipes clean with no streaks and has a modern rustic vibe that works great with my brightly colored craft space. Hose retracts nicely though it can pause in the last inch which may just be too much stuff stored under the sink. I purchased a cheaper faucet for my kitchen in gold in this same style and I’m glad I spent the extra money on this one. It’s definitely better quality and I love that the plate at the bottom is optional. I chose not to use it.

Easy to install and works great.

We got the Pfister Wray Kitchen Faucet to replace our dying kitchen faucet. The old one was a pain to both install and to remove as you had to reach up behind the sink to tightened the holding bolt. This one installs from above and was the easiest faucet I have ever installed. It comes with a special tool that you use to spin the inside of the faucet that causes a self-tightening lever-bolt to flatten out against the bottom of the sink so that you don't have to reach up behind the basin to tighten it (be sure to store this tool on the bottom of the faucet under the sink for when you have to replace it). Worked great! My biggest complaint about installation was that the water supply lines were very stiff and really took some finagling to attach to the water supplies. The faucet itself is made of a brushed stainless that doesn't show spots. It is a high-neck design with a pull-down handle. The weight for the pull-down is a very heavy metal and needs to be placed carefully during installation. The faucet has three modes - spay, stream and powerful cleaning spray. All three throw out a lot of water - much more than our old faucet. There is also a magnetic latch to keep the faucet head in the proper storage in the goose-neck. Overall, a great kitchen faucet at a reasonable price! And it comes with a matching soap dispenser!

It took me forever to install this only because I could not get the little screw you use the Allen wrench for to catch. I almost installed it upside down because that was the only way it would work but I stuck it out and took my time. I eventually got it and now it looks great and works great. The quality of the material is top notch. It has weight to it. It can hold a large/mega roll. Now that it's up I'm glad I persevered.

Ordered Brushed Nickel faucet but color is not true Brushed Nickel, had a strong yellowish tint. It is a decent faucet, too bad about the color.
