We wanted to update our bathroom fixtures without having to replace the old 2 handle shower valve in our wall, so we chose this sink faucet because there is a matching shower trim kit available that fits our old Pfister shower valve. We've had it for a for a couple of months now and we have been very happy with it. The finish looks nice. Handles have just the right amount of resistance. I think it all looks great, I was so happy to find a new faucet that had an available matching shower trim kit for old pfister valves.

Opened bag to find damaged, re-taped box. Plumber here for install, and I have no faucet. And I paid for a product I did not get.

The box I received was sealed but apparently the product had been used or opened at some point and repackaged. I did not order a used but new item here. The shaft has small gouges on it at the base and there was a bag of hardware that had been opened and left empty. I had extra hardware and made do with the gouges since they weren’t huge.

Works well and looks nice. Easy to install with the preattached water hoses.

Quality hose but whoever is taking photos for these products needs to take a bit more pride in their work. I guess that’s my job today 🙂 Hope these photos help.

Sink works great. Looks great. Recieved in one week. Easy to install and comes with instructions . low cost. Cheaper than home depot or lows hardwate stores.

Perfect fit, this was most certainly an OEM replacement kit!

This faucet has a striking modern appearance with its singular, boxy design and sparking chrome finish. It is solidly built. The installation is fairly simple. The water flow is adequate despite the aerated features that limit output to 1.2 gallons per minute at 60 psi. Attached is an admittedly poor screenshot of the specs for this faucet. (Also apologize if it show up sideways as it is correctly oriented on my phone.)

Faucet spout is badly corroded after two and a half years and it constantly drips even though it's turned off. I expected more from a quality name like Pfister. It's a real pain to swap out this faucet and I wasn't planning on doing it for a long time.

It's exceedingly difficult to find a faucet with BOTH a pulldown sprayer AND separate hot cold handles. This does the job and is pretty high quality. Wasn't too hard to install. The instructions were helpful and well written, although I should have had a helper to hold things in place up top while tightening from the bottom. That's VERY hard to do by yourself without extra long arms! Highly recommended and good bargain.

I got this Pfister Ridgeline Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer and Soap Dispenser to replace a faucet that's head had broke. Installing this kitchen faucet was basically the same as any other faucet and fairly straight forward if you follow the included instructions. The total amount of time to install for me was about 15 minutes for just the kitchen faucet. If you had to install the soap dispenser as well, maybe add 5 minutes. I didn't install the soap dispenser because we don't have a hole drilled for it in the granite and I didn't want to worry about that. We have been using this kitchen faucet for a few months now, no leaks, it performs well with great pressure and the only issue we had was the weight got hung up under the sink and I had to adjust it so that the faucet head retracted better. Not a big deal and it works great now. I especially like the magnetic head since our old one didn't have that and it helps a lot. Overall, very happy with this Pfister kitchen faucet and it looks great.

Got mine from depot. The handle flanges and the tub spout are horrible, they corroded within a single month. The Metal was not properly prepped. I called the company pfitzer who sent replacements...the flanges fit but the tub spout was a quarter of an inch too short!! To top it off the company tells me they dont have parts for that spout anymore. A tub set being sold right here, on the homedepot website and in the store! Now I have to go out and get another tub spout myself. Horrible quality I will never buy anything pfitzer makes ever again. Update a few weeks after the replacement parts are developing bumps in the chrome and corroding. They should put a stop order until they figure out what in the metal preparing process is going wrong. Unacceptable

The fawcet arrived, well packed and all parts easily identifiable. When checking prior to installation I discovered a brass splinter in one of the pipe fittings, see photo. This could have caused a problem with the seal and so was carefully removed. Once installed the water flow is amazing compared to our previous fawcet and the fact that it is slightly higher, with a longer reach gives greater space below in the sinks. Management is very happy.

Part was used - with dried black and green gunk residue on the inside. Looks like someone recycles returned or used parts.

These faucets are nice looking and were a less expensive substitute for the Pfister Contempra faucets I bought a year ago. They look nice in the powder room on our new pedestal lavatory. Installation is a breeze compared to how widespread faucets had to be installed years ago per my master plumber husband. The instructions were accurate with pictures and written explanations for anyone who is handy to install these. The push type pop up drain also makes installation much easier than a standard pop up drain with extra hard to line up parts and a stopper that catches hair due to the way it connects. The stems are brass with ceramic cartridges and have a nice feel to them. Overall, a quality faucet for the price. Time will tell if the easy, quick connect features stand the test of time.
