I purchased my Pfister faucet from Lowe's over 5 years ago and had a difficult time finding a replacement hose there. I also could not find one online that matched the model I purchased, but I decided to try this one even though it didn't list it would fit mine. This turned out to be a perfect fit and I would add it to the product description. The hose itself was an easy replacement. It only took me a couple of minutes and didn't require the use of any tools.
This is a beautiful faucet. Seems to be great quality. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. It does water spot easily so you have to wipe it off daily. It was expensive but hopefully it will last a long time. I love it so far.
It’s nice looking if it is not damaged. Ours arrived in box with no perceptible issues. It stayed there for 3 months while our construction was behind schedule. We had it installed yesterday and could only see it was defective after installation. Not ok. Second major plumbing product from pfisteroutlet.com that was defective.

Looks amazing, that's where the "good" STOPS!! As other reviewers have stated: The hot water does not stay on unless it's physically held in the open position. The Spray/Stream selector ONLY stays on "Spray" function IF the faucet is at high pressure, which causes water to splash EVERYWHERE!! And to add insult to injury, after 8 months I have a simultaneous drip out of the faucet and a leak at the handle (attached pics). LAST Price Pfister I purchase!!!!
Over the years I have remodeled several bathrooms, and I constantly find myself seeking out Pfister products. Mainly because the beautiful finishes, they're easy to install, and excellent quality. The Veneri Tub & Shower Trim Kit is no exception. I ordered this kit for my guest bathroom remodel. The trim pieces have a very modern appearance and come in a beautiful matte black finish. That is one of the things I like most about Pfister. They really pay attention to details. Each trim piece has a flawless finishes with no imperfections. The tub spout it very heavy duty and has a push bottom diverter, which is so much nicer than the typical pull up diverters. The other thing I really like about Pfister is they make the behind the wall installation process so much easier compared to other installs I've completed. The instructions are exceptionally easy to follow. The included brass valve is excellent quality, has great water pressure, and also has a "Pforever Seal" technology that offers a "never-leak guarantee". The peace of mind is worth the additional cost to know that I am installing a reliable plumbing component behind my wall. The last thing I want to do is tear up my finished bathroom due to a faulty valve. Bottom Line: If you are thinking about ordering The Pfister Veneri Tub & Shower Trim Kit I wouldn't even give it another thought. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.
This is a high-quality gorgeous piece of hardware and I cannot wait to finally install it in my car in my renovated bathroom!!! Black matte finish looks and feels very nice. My friend who will be installing ot looked at the parts and expecting it to be very simple installation. This faucet will elevate any bathroom, guaranteed!
The mixer valve stem is too short. Could not install. Need to return but return window has closed. Please help. See photo attached. The mixer valve with the longer stem is the one I am trying to replace. After installation the mixer valve keeps rotating without locking Sukhendu Majumdar 9014937536
Just got this delivered and couldn’t wait for my plumber to come Saturday. So I installed it by myself! And I did it!! It only took me 10 minutes from studying the simple to understand picture instructions to finish installing! I am extremely happy with the quality and easy installation! I am so proud of myself that I uninstalled it and video taped the installation. I looked all over Home Depot and Lowe’s, couldn’t find the parts. I am glad I could find it my go-to place pfisteroutlet.com!

Without seal tape and putty, pop-up drain will leak when sink holds water and stopper is in locking position. It took me 2nd try with seal tapes and putty, the water leaks in joints of pop-up drain assembly are fixed.
This worked great for us. The sink assembly was from roughly 20 years ago, I had to replace the cold side. Upon installing the cold assembly, the original hose would not slide up the post exposing the notches for the clip. So I had to buy a new hose. Then the new hose didn’t fit over the hot assembly, so I had to buy this one, for the hot side. Works perfect!
Love the faucet and how it looks with our vessel sink. But we have ordered 4 of these to get one that wasn't broken. Returned the first one, and still need to return another one. Pfister is sending a part to fix one as well. I still need a third faucet for another bathroom, so hopefully I can get one more that isn't broken. Kind of ridiculous that 3 of 4 have had broken parts.
After installing this sprayer less than a week ago, it began leaking (2) days ago. This is the 2nd Pfister Treviso sprayer we've bought since 05/22 for the same reasons (the sprayer nozzle started leaking/constantly dripping) AND this is the last of several replacement sprayers for this kitchen faucet since we first installed it in 2015. Very disappointing & definitely our last time of buying anything from this company (Pfister). Thankfully, this most recent event happened within the pfisteroutlet.com Free Refund Return period so this will be going back to the Pfister Store as soon as we receive our OTHER BRAND replacement.
