  • Really elevated my kitchen reno. So happy with purchase.

  • Got these for our bathroom remodel. Initially I was interested in the pfister contempra but we were a little late on ordering it and needed something ASAP. So I came across this which is very similar to the contempra but half the price. I cannot speak for quality difference between the two because we never ended up getting the contempra but over all these are high quality. the bathroom spout and the nob are great, the shower head is plastic, which i guess is pretty common but still. I feel that there is a decrease in the water pressure compared to previous but my husband doesn't notice a difference. i guess we will see if our water bill reflects any difference. Overall though i would say it is high quality and it looks great. we did not install it, the plumber did, so I cant speak to ease of installation. did arrive fast and overnight as we needed it to so that was also a plus. I feel like for the price this is super high quality.

  • So, there are myriad reviews on the general features and installation. We don't need any more of that, I think. What I'm going to try and hit upon here is the stuff ENGINEERS look at, as well as including some photos of parts of this faucet you can't see anywhere else. First, build quality and materials. You've seen cheaper faucets. They go from "molded plastic" to "pot metal". Well, none of that HERE. Every silver part that looks like metal IS metal. I checked every part with a neodymium magnet. From the base to the spray head, it is all ferrous stainless steel. No plated plastics. And looking at the base, the thickness of said steel is IMPRESSIVE. I'd frankly love to see these bases made. I don't know if they're hydroformed, drawn, welded, and ground/polished, or what. But the trigonometric functions that sculpted this steel is impressive. Then you work the ceramic valve. It's instantly apparent this isn't plastic and o-rings. Smooth as silk. VERY nice. Where am I NOT impressed with the quality? Well, there IS a bit of plastic in the head, and how long the nylon webbing around the hose will actually last is anyone's guess. If you have this faucet 20 years, here's where your problems are likely to manifest. Probably small issues, but time, once again, will tell. I guess the question is, at what price point do you NOT get any plastic? The MAJORITY of the build quality is FANTASTIC. Which begs the question, why not a stainless steel braid on the hose? Or at least, why is the spray head not made of cast Aluminum? I know head weight is an issue for a pull-down faucet, but we're above the $200 range here, so... So, the big Q. Is it worth the price they're asking? I'm going to say, "It depends!" On what? Well, if the nylon hose cover frays in 10 years, and Pfister says "No problem, we'll replace it!", then we're good. But I've read some indications online about Pfister's leaking hoses and hints at poor service. So as part of this review, if I encounter any issues in the next few years, I'll make them known. As it stands, out of the box I'd give it a 4.5. pfisteroutlet.com won't let me, so 4 it is. Understand, it's REALLY CLOSE to a 5. Those few minor plastic pieces give me pause in an otherwise beautiful faucet at this price range, however. The following is an after-installation amendment to my original review. The original review remains unchanged, but I would like to take a moment to discuss the hose weight that is included. I have an engineering background. I'm going to make a claim, and I'm going to invite Pfister's R&D department to reply to this review to debate (or confirm, if they wish) that which I'm going to claim. I weighed the included hose weight on my digital scale to find it tipped the scale at an astounding 1 lb 1.1 oz. So a 1 lb steel weight and 1.1 oz of plastic, basically. It is my honest opinion that this weight is TOO HEAVY. I have read some complaints from Pfister faucet owners online which allude to repeatedly leaking faucets with pull-down hoses. I feel the weight the Pfister engineers have resorted to is, without knowing every particular detail of every case, too much to suspend on a hose that has a plastic-bodied connector. Movement and use only amplifies the weight's effect. Before anyone says, "Well, how do you know better than Pfister's engineers?", perhaps I should point to exploding Pintos and collapsed bridges to illustrate the fact sometimes engineers get it WRONG. Pfister's engineers got it wrong here. With all-metal construction, maybe. Not with something passing hot and cold repeatedly, being pulled on, put back, ect. My SOLUTION, is I'm going to order a weight around HALF what's included, somewhere in the 8 oz range. Honestly, I don't have the weight on the hose now at ALL, and I could live with it being completely WITHOUT. But I like the feel of a little weight on the hose. So I'm going to order one from right here at good ol' pfisteroutlet.com. If you purchase a Pfister faucet and it has a 1+ lb weight, I do NOT recommend using it. I recommend finding something in the 8-12 oz range (NO heavier). More than that is too much to suspend on a piece of plastic that people tug on.

Pfister changed to these metal-coated plastic handles when they were getting frequent cartridge failures. Or when they cheaped out and switched to lower-cost cartridges. The single set-screw attachment that worked find for an all-metal version is garbage on the plastic one. If you tighten enough to keep the handle from wiggling, the plastic will break. Especially if your SO likes to bang on the handle to turn the water off. I eventually got fed up with this and potted the entire thing with J-B Weld 8276 KwikWeld Quick Setting Steel Reinforced Epoxy. Applied over many days in layers of about 1/8" thick. PITA to do, but it's been 6 months and it's holding up great.

  • I ordered this new bridge faucet in stainless steel. I absolutely love the way it looks installed. It looks way more expensive than it’s price tag. It is a super tall faucet and definitely makes a statement. The sprayer also works great (note it is not metal but plastic - still looks great). I am very happy with this purchase and shipping was super fast.

  • Looks beautiful...but seriously there is basically no water flow. Water saving is one thing...but come on it should flow enough to wash your hands...after all it is a bathroom facet. So we spent another $54 and bought the matching tub faucet innards through away the plumbing connections from the hand Fausett use the tub faucet in arts and we now have beautiful waterflow. Sometimes you just have to be creative. The handles and Facett attached to the tub innards beautifully

Just installed this today in the context of a bathroom makeover. Easy installation since new vanity and top was going in simultaneously.. Looked great. Turned the unit on and immediately starting leaking from two pinholes on either side of the spout casting. In other words, right through the metal itself....not a threading, gasket or seam.....through two tiny holes in the metal itself. Ordered an immediate replacement which will now be much more difficult to install (countertop and vanity now permanently in place). Also have to remove the defective unit. Very disappointed.

This literally saved my bathroom remodel. I remodeled my bathroom in my 100 year old building. Behind the wall for the shower were many pipes & drains from other units, which made it impossible to place the shower valve in the correct spot. This extension made it possible and saved my project!

I don’t know how to say just how much I love this towel bar in my new remodeled master bathroom. It’s sleek and strong. I look at it and think, that will be here looking the same 100 years from now. This is a quality towel bat, easy to install, and it’s there to stay. My Contractor can never quite get past the look either. I can’t believe how many times I’ve caught him standing and looking at it. I asked him what he thought, He said I like it. I asked, what do you like about it, he said EVERYTHING. I couldn’t have said it better. Now I just need Pfizer to make this in a 8’’or 9’’ for a hand towel bar. I’m so done with the round ones that doesn’t allow your hand towel to dry from scrunching down to 4’’ wide. When those were designed years ago someone was think ‘cute’ NOT practical. FINALLY!! I realize it’s a lot said just about a towel bar, but it’s not just a towel bar.

  • This is a perfect comb8nation for a small wet bar in my office or a baby room.

  • Producto llego a tiempo y es exacto al original

  • Dirty, damaged and very bad conditions

  • Only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shower head is hard to put back in place. You have to place it by hand and you have to do it in exact position, on the back share have to match (can't explain it with my broken English but you can see the picture 😅). Otherwise is great. I have bought for similar price delta facet and what a difference! This one works very smooth, it's easy to adjust, have better quality parts, great design and also dispenser and don't drip like the other one 😊. Keep in mind that is big too, but design compensate for it 😀 Update: I have removed one star, because of the soap dispenser. It's been less than a year and dispenser stopped working. Frustrating, because I will have to purchase some other brand (that will not match) and spend $35+ additionally.

Beautiful finish, cool style. Bridge faucets are so expensive, this gives a unique look at a more affordable price. I finished the suite with pieces from California Faucet that have similar hex bolt design details.
